The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The room is very cold in the winter and there are no heaters available. For the price, it is reasonable that heaters are not available. You can request extra blankets, but it is still very cold.

I was able to book the hotel at a lower price, which made it a budget-friendly option.
The room was very small. There was no complimentary water, and even basic amenities like soap and shampoo which are usually expected in a hotel were not provided. The Wi-Fi connection was weak. The food at the hotel was not good, and in some cases, what we received was different from what we ordered. Some staff members asked for tips, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, one of my friend’s luggage locks was damaged, and it appeared that someone had attempted to open it.

The staff were very hospitable, helpful and spoke english. The food was exceptional, dinner took some time to prepare but it was well worth the wait. The breakfast is top notch, we were happily surprised by the food.
Would advise some longer shower curtains, the one in our room didn't reach the basin and so the bathroom floor became soaking wet when you take a shower.

The bed was comfy and the staff were very welcoming and nice! They have a really diverse menu with good food, i recommend al hambra for your luxor stay, the location is close to the nile so you can hop back and forth between the 2 sides of luxor by boat

The hotel was under refurbishment when we arrived, the manager upgraded our room to a small vila in the village. The service was the best among all the hotel we lived during the trip. when we arrived, the manager offered us cold drinks first, which was really considerate. The vila is in another location, but the hotel manager arranged staffs to come and cook breakfast for us. The breakfast was super good, even better than what you get from the restaurant. The day when we leave the hotel, the manager also arranged a transfer service.
Many businesses in Egypt only want to get more money from your pocket. But this hotel, I felt that the manager put all his attention on making the guests more comfortable.

The Hotels ambience is quite relaxing.
Breakfast can be improved.We stayed for 3 days and we ate the same breakfast everyday.
