Staff were incredibly warm and accommodating! Our room had a washing machine and as we asked where to get detergent and they just provided some to us at no charge.
Food was delicious!

Mr Mahmoud was an excellent guy who arranged the lunch for us in the Nile Boat upon my request
& also managed for our Hot Air Balloon trip.
No lift provision to climb 3rd floor for Breakfast

The staff was excellent. Very warm & welcoming. They went above & beyond to meet any extra needs i asked for. Momen & his father were very kind in helping arrange a taxi for me & gave me tips and guided me on Luxor/ Karnak temple. They prepared a great dinner both nights for me. Their sugar cane juice is excellent!! The room was clean & the views from my balcony was great. The rooftop is a wonderful touch. Wifi was also reliable and fast. Thankyou momen and staff for all your help and creating a lovely stay for me.

The staff was exceptional and more than welcoming, We got to the place a few hours early and they welcomed us with open arms and gave us our room early and let us stay in our room after checkout until our flight! They have free breakfast every morning and it’s delicious. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had an excellent time at the Spring Hotel. Mokhtar and his team went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our trip was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself was very clean and the surrounding area was quiet at night compared to busier parts of the city. It was very restful for us. The hotel breakfast was very generous, featuring authentic homemade staples of Egyptian breakfast cuisine. The views of the Nile from our balcony as well as the on site restaurant and the rooftop lounge area were phenomenal. Also, Mokhtar has many connections within Luxor and the surrounding areas; he arranged multiple last minute tours for us and gave us plenty of insider tips to help us navigate the region as it was our first time in Luxor. Also, all of the guides and drivers that he connected us with were some of the kindest and most polite people we have met on our trip! We would love to stay here again!

Staying here was beyond words! I travel around the world so often, but rarely found the people like from this hotel so amazing! The hotel is wonderfully located close to everything,the rooftop is great, the food wonderful, tasty and fresh...We had a bday celebration, The hotel owner and manager made a surprise party with a cake as a gift for us! You remember in every trip how you feel, and we felt wonderful here! We found a home away from home! The rooms are big, clean, with a breathtaking view of the Nile and Luxor temple across! The best accommodation in Egypt that we had!

Balcony was awesome, with clear view of Nile river. Karnak and Valley of Kings was visible from Rooftop. Rooms were spacious and AC was operating in perfect condition.
There was no Elevators available and we need to climb 3 floors every time. Breakfast option was average at best with very little options. They didn't provide any bills after tariff was paid in USD Cash.

Quieter location in West Bank. Very attentive and welcoming staff (available via Whatsapp, arranged drivers as we requested, greeted us with fresh drinks upon arrival and long days out). Delicious breakfast starting at 7:00 (omelets, ta'ameya, aish baladi bread, labaneh, cucumbers and tomatoes, fruit). Shaded rooftop terrace with nice view overlooking Nile and East Bank. Room with functioning air conditioner, wifi, water kettle, refrigerator, and its own balcony with view overlooking Nile.
We could not adjust the temperature of the air conditioner.

I had a good stay here. The owner and the manager, Ashraf, were very helpful throughout. They arranged a smooth and reasonably priced pickup from the train station, which made the arrival easy.
When I found the room a bit warm, Ashraf was quick to offer several alternatives and let me choose the one I was most comfortable with.
The room had a great view of the Nile, which was a nice bonus. They were also kind enough to allow me a very late checkout, which I really appreciated.
Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable. I also found the food a bit on the expensive side for what was offered.
