My parents were met at the airport and taken to the apartment as agreed.
The apartment was very dirty (unacceptable living conditions) and the bed was very uncomfortable due to being old. There was no Internet. The beach was far away. The surroundings outside of the apartment was unpleasant as well.
The host was not interested in listening to my parents' concerns. As nothing was done to correct the situation, my parents had to find and move to a better accommodation. The money we paid were not returned.

Very Good
The place is in the heart of the city making it easy to walk to places. The places is well lit and clean has a rather spacious bathroom. The best thing is that it is not to many stairs to get in and out of the place.
The propety was listed to have wifi, but it did not. There is also a lot damage the the mosquito net in one of the bedrooms preventing you from opening the window. This is not up to control of the owner but the stray dogs are a little agressive in the area.

Firstly the host is absolutely lovely. Irena is flexible, helpful and has a good heart.
The location was perfect. i was looking for something away from all the noise but still close enough to access everything quickly.
The apartment is big and airy with comfortable beds.
The washing machine was a great addition to get caught up on my washing!
There are good food and coffee shops close by and Metro Supermarket is at the end of the road.
I would be happy to stay again!

Very nicely equipped little apartment in a very central, perfect location. Irina and her husband, who own the apartment, are extremely nice and super helpful. We arrived very early in the morning, but nonetheless, Irina got up for us, drove from her home to the Apartment and opened it for us. Also during the stay always good communication. The Apartment is fully equipped, so if you want to cook for yourself, this is the place.
Just in the parallel street you can find a nice Cafe if you need WiFi (Marcello Café) and a very good German Bakery. Overall enjoyed our stay there.
These aren’t really bad points as everything was written in the description on Booking.
Anyway, most people won’t notice (because it’s rare), but at least the cheapest apartment , where we stayed, had NO WiFi!! So if you need it (I study online and it is crucial to me), make sure you have a SIM card.
Apart from that, make sure you check before clicking “Book Now” that you are fine with the final price. I didn’t notice that there is a “Cleaning Fee” of 50% of the price for one night. The apartment was shown in the listing of places in Hurghada for 30$, but eventually the price was 45$ because of the “hidden fees”.
But all these are basically nothing you couldn’t know before. Just make sure that this is what you’re really searching for.
