It was nice to stay at avilla Rayan. We enjoyed the pool, privacy, its completely private and protected from all the sides, the house was so clean upon arrival and it was a warm welcome from Sayed. Location is perfect, near from the shops and all attractions on the promenade. Definitely we will be back again.

Our host was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Having a spacious common room to enjoy relaxed evenings with our group was very pleasant, and the two bathrooms were particularly convenient.
The appartment is advertised as suitable for six guests and while it works, we were a bit surprised to find one of the double beds located directly in the main common room, a detail not entirely clear from the listing images. Also: While the pool is labeled as an "indoor swimming pool" - as clearly shown in the images it is "just" a private outdoor pool :)

Mr. Sayed was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The Pool area was outstanding, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The location is excellent. It is a short walk from the El Kauther area, which has an abundance of great restaurants and shops and is a lovely place to visit in the daytime and evening.

Lovely Villa, very comfortable. Whole garden is surrounded by a high hedge which makes the property very private even though you are located close to the shops and retaurants. Nice pool (3m x 5m) which has a fence surrounding it.
Sayed the owner is very helpful, even took us for a tour of the local sights. Always sends a message to tell you when they are coming to do Pool Cleaning/Watering etc.

Privacy is 100% complete, the health and hygiene standrads are controlled, can remotely work from Villa they have free high speed Wi-Fi, the space is more than perfect, facilities are complete starting from complete kitchen, TV, books, private pool

The location was perfect and the host very friendly and helpful. He even picked us up from the airport and brought us their the last day for free. :)
The rooftop was unfortunately not usable during our stay! But it didn't affect the beautiful stay :)
