One of the animation team that was responsible for the kids club was just caring for the foreigners kids while she mis treat Egyptians kids and my daughter was very sad because of her attitude with her.

The sea is the only thing we didnt like as there is no water by the beach you have to walk so long to get into the water

I recently stayed at a hotel that was supposedly rated five stars by the Ministry of Tourism, but honestly, it felt like a three-star experience at best. Although there was a logo indicating it had been downgraded to four stars, it’s nowhere near that level. To start with, I have to emphasize again and again that there is absolutely no real beachfront view. While the hotel is advertised as beachfront, it’s a complete scam because you can’t see any water from the so-called beach area. You have to walk at least 500 meters just to catch a glimpse of the sea. Even when you’re supposedly relaxing on the beach, you can’t enjoy any kind of water view. Secondly, the hotel is clearly overbooked through travel agencies. There are hundreds if not thousands of guests checking in daily, and by 8 a.m., it’s impossible to find a single chaise lounge to sit on. Imagine not having a place to relax with your family that early in the morning. As for the food, it was a horrible experience. They claim to offer a late dinner from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., but in reality, the main dinner finishes at 9 p.m. By the time you get to the so-called late dinner, it’s just leftovers—nothing substantial, and we ended up having to settle for sandwiches to feed the kids. The next day, they told me I was considered a VIP because I booked all-inclusive and invited me to a special breakfast at the Italian restaurant. Even then, the fruit was spoiled and smelled terrible. I had to take the plate to the reception to complain, and they were just trying to hush it up so other guests wouldn’t notice. In the end, I requested an early departure after spending a lot of money on a single night that wasn’t worth it at all. Now I’m asking for at least a partial refund because this hotel absolutely does not deserve the rating it claims.

The only thing I did not like was that the food late dinner was not a full service option. I wish it had more choices.
