The welcome and assigning the chef for our vegetarian food reqiurement. The shows /activities they planned were fantastic !!
Variuos restaurants give the option to choose your meal was wonderful.
Foam party was one of thing to remember

The staff, the location, the room, the facilities everything was amazing. Abdelrehman specially was awesome he contacted me every day to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay, the pizza chef at the snack bar makes a mean pizza.. the restaurants were good can’t find a negative thing to say.

Rooms was very very very poor , the bed mattress was too much hard, no chairs, room is very tight.
Food was less than 5 stars standard, very limited alternatives and taste was not that much good.
Extra bed for no reasons

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they even did a very classy and thoughtful gesture for us that made our experience extra special.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. The service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall experience were all excellent. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada.
