Stuff are really working for our comfort. They serve everything and they are very helpfull. We had an air conditioning problem and they fixed it in 2 hours. I asked everything and stuff helped me very well. Sea and pools are very good. Hotel is not very peacefull there are not much noise. I am very gratefull. I liked foods as a Turkish.
Beds will be more comfortable. Kids club will be bigger and will better toys. I don’t use alcohol. I expected more non alcoholic options. You should work on mocktails.

We had a great vacation! The hotel facilities are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to help with a smile.
A special mention goes to Mr. Sayed Hanafy, whose kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay extra special — thank you!
The animation team is energetic and offers plenty of fun activities throughout the day. However, we noticed that most of their focus (around 98%) was on European guests, which might make others feel slightly left out.
The food is varied and of good quality. One of the highlights was the daily rotation of à la carte restaurants — all included in the stay (just need to be booked in advance). Each one offered a rich and unique dining experience.
The aqua park is enjoyable but could benefit from some enhancements to elevate the overall experience.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay — highly recommended!
While the hotel is renovated rather than brand new, the generous and well-designed spaces more than make up for it. We also hope the animation team can offer more inclusive entertainment that caters to Egyptian guests, not just European visitors.

An excellent place for a week-long family getaway over the New Year holidays. I’d like to especially highlight the hospitality and professionalism of the front desk (Hesham and Azza). Housekeeping was excellent as well—our room was always spotless, with fresh linens.
The rooms are probably a bit dated (furniture and plumbing/fixtures), but the staff really do their best.

The service made the trip exceptional since the arrival I had my senior father and mother which make me change the rooms and the receptionist were very helpful Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Omar which ensured that they stay in suitable room.
Also, the animation team made sure that your trip is unforgettable by all means, they are energetic, professional and enjoyable.
All the above was great along with the great huge and crystal clear beach water that you will enjoy drinks through the services on the beach all the day without wven need to go to the beach bar.
My kid also was very happy with the aqua along with so many pools. And differnet types of food.
Rooms are little bit small bit still designed well for comfort.
Golf cars are available all the time and I have to thank the management of this hotel that ensure that any request you have is fullfilled at the moment.
For all the above I would say this hotel make my trip was one of the best I have done all-over any other hotel I went in any place in the world

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Royal Makadi. The staff were excellent, very professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ezzat for his great support and kindness.
The animation team was also amazing – talented, friendly, and full of energy. They made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable every day , big thanks to Kimo , Fadi , Besho & Crush.
The food was delicious and very diverse, offering plenty of choices to enjoy throughout our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great holiday experience

Staff were excellent, very collaborative and very good customer focused. The recreation team was so active and there were a lot of entertainments that fit all age groups. The gym was fantastic.
The rooms need to be renovated as they are a little bit old, not match the standards of 5 stars. Food was good but compared to previous stays in the same resort, there is a little bit drop in food quality, variety and services.

I stayed at Sunrise Royal Makadi, Hurghada from 22/7 to 25/7 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and at home.
A special thanks to Mr. Sayed Hanafy and Ms. Azza Ragab from the reception – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable.
The food quality was excellent, with plenty of delicious options every day. The staff were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Sunrise Royal Makadi to anyone looking for a great vacation in Hurghada.

Our stay at Royal Makadi was absolutely fantastic. The resort was beautiful, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and everything was perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway.
