Good location good pool and Beach are animation team was very nice.
Room was not as advertised way older,Some bar and housekeeping staff expecting tip or slow service. Taxi or trips booked with the hotel are way more expensive. Airport taxi 4 times the price then the normal rate.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Ahmed Mekky, at the reception desk.
Lot of food options.
Location isn’t far from hurghada strip for shopping or souvenirs.
Recommend a room with sea view.

It was not my first time at this hotel. The hotel has perfect location the food is great the staff as always amazing super helpful and friendly the SPA with Fatima and her golden hands to make the best massage. Possibility to book late check out The facilities it’s is really good resort. I will keep coming back
The standard room in my opinion was too small for 3 guests. It was perfect as double room but not triple. The housekeeping staff wanted to bring us 3 rd bed but we decided to use one big bed as double bed otherwise we would not have place to move. For 3 guest not enough space to stowed things cloths or cosmetics in the bathroom. We booked this room at very good price so no complaints but the room was too small for 3 guests

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful, especially Mariam at Reception,, who is the best. She always had a welcoming smile and made sure that my requests were granted.

Disappointing
Good location with amazing sea view. Food and beverage available till mid night. Staffs are well trained and professional but have less guest first attitude.
There was a strong smell of paint in the first night room. We complained next day coz we could even not sleep well. The staffs focused on how and why it happened instead of solving the problem for us, and offered us a smaller room with less view, and didn’t apologize. Some rooms are newly refurbished, but we don’t know why we were so unlucky that we can only have old rooms.

I was arrived with warm welcoming and invited for breakfast upon check-in and my room was ready at earlier time (9:00 a.m), showing appreciation for my 10th time visit to Sunrise Holidays Resort by VIP treatment in my room.
The hotel is renovating part of ground floor, which caused some disturbance (10:00 a.m. till 17:00 p.m.)

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, and we honestly didn’t encounter a single negative thing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. Even when something was outside their usual scope, they found a way to make it happen — their dedication really stood out.
The food was delicious and very diverse — every day offered something new. The restaurants covered almost all hours of the day, which was super convenient for us.
We were honeymooners, and the hotel made sure to give us an exceptional experience. They arranged a romantic dinner and a beautiful breakfast in our room as a warm gesture of welcome.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we’d definitely love to repeat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
