Wonderful
We had a wonderful 5-night stay, and choosing this hotel was an excellent decision.
The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The meals were delicious with a great variety of options every day.

Perfect holiday in Sunrise Garden.
Mr. Mo’men at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating—he arranged two innovative, well-designed rooms next to each other. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The aqua pools and the beach are amazing, offering a great experience for both relaxation and fun. The gym is also very well-equipped with all the necessary facilities; however, the only drawback is that it closes early at 7 PM.
The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of wonderful dishes. Special thanks to Chef Aly for his outstanding work.
The animation team does a fantastic job keeping all family members entertained and happy—thank you all and fola!
The hotel is also well-equipped with sports facilities, including football, tennis, and paddle courts.

The stuff was amazing, rooms were clean and have all essentials, the entertainment team was great and there are different events throughout the day.
There were some problems in the toilets since first day, we told the receptionist and honestly they said they will fix it but we refused because it will takes from our time that we had to leave the room and we couldn’t but I blame them for not checking the rooms facilities before checking in. The second thing we didn’t like was food choices as they offered different items every meal with many choices which were very good but it’s not Fancy (like for 5 stars hotel) for example: limited cheese and cold cuts choices. Also we told the receptionist and they were generous to serve us cheesecake for after dinner dessert and smoked salmon for breakfast next morning.

The territory is very big and very well maintained, with green scenery everywhere. It’s super clean everywhere. And you can use the sister hotel Mamlouk as well, so it’s very nice for walking.
The room was spacious, clean, with a very nice view (partial sea view)
The food was super nice and very tasty, it’s really diversified everyday, you will never get bored from food variety, since there are 10 restaurants, each one provide a totally different experience, so make sure to book the a la cart restaurants, I have tried Gamila for Egyptian cuisine, the Spanish cuisine, and the mangolian restaurant. On top for me was Gamila, and all of them are really nice
Staff are very friendly starting from the reception, to the people working In restaurants, they all are smiling and always offering assistance.
The beach is very nice, it’s sandy beach, very big beach. I loved it
The pools, there is one with aqua park and all families with kids are filling this place, but it’s nice. And there is another pool for relaxation. The pool is heated so it was nice
Animation was average for me, I was never approached from anyone for any activities at all, there was no contact at all with me.
In general the hotel is very nice for a wonderful lazy stay full of very tasty food, sun, sea

Great resort for a family stay. Amenities are great, pools are heated (~29°) and slides for all ages.
Food is overall delicious and varied (8 restaurant), rooms are spacious and confortable and the entire staff is great (and exceptionally nice with children).
The hotel webapp (used to book restaurants and get information) is horrible and slow, what should take seconds takes a while.
If you want a quiet stay, ask for a room far from the slides & theater.
Keep in mind there is basically nothing to do around the resort apart from boat activities.
