The territory is very big and very well maintained, with green scenery everywhere. It’s super clean everywhere. And you can use the sister hotel Mamlouk as well, so it’s very nice for walking.
The room was spacious, clean, with a very nice view (partial sea view)
The food was super nice and very tasty, it’s really diversified everyday, you will never get bored from food variety, since there are 10 restaurants, each one provide a totally different experience, so make sure to book the a la cart restaurants, I have tried Gamila for Egyptian cuisine, the Spanish cuisine, and the mangolian restaurant. On top for me was Gamila, and all of them are really nice
Staff are very friendly starting from the reception, to the people working In restaurants, they all are smiling and always offering assistance.
The beach is very nice, it’s sandy beach, very big beach. I loved it
The pools, there is one with aqua park and all families with kids are filling this place, but it’s nice. And there is another pool for relaxation. The pool is heated so it was nice
Animation was average for me, I was never approached from anyone for any activities at all, there was no contact at all with me.
In general the hotel is very nice for a wonderful lazy stay full of very tasty food, sun, sea

Great resort for a family stay. Amenities are great, pools are heated (~29°) and slides for all ages.
Food is overall delicious and varied (8 restaurant), rooms are spacious and confortable and the entire staff is great (and exceptionally nice with children).
The hotel webapp (used to book restaurants and get information) is horrible and slow, what should take seconds takes a while.
If you want a quiet stay, ask for a room far from the slides & theater.
Keep in mind there is basically nothing to do around the resort apart from boat activities.

Friendly and efficient staff, good choice of restaurants and food plentiful, varied choice and tasty. Rooms cleaned and maintained to a high standard, proximity to beach ideal. Lovely pools and plenty of bars & snacks. I would like to thank Mr. Moemen Front office manager very much for his help and support during my stay which made it smooth, comfortable and enjoyable.

It was a wonderful stay.. The beach is so wonderful and suitable for swimming..there’s a wooden jet that you can enjoy walking on along the seashore … staff members are so polite and friendly especially mr. Tarek from reception and mr. Mo’men from reservations..food was tasty ..night show was good

It was not the first time to go sunrise hotels group but this was the first time in sunrise garden resort it was incredible and different from other sunrise hotels. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food has a-lot of variety and testy. Location of the room was near from every thing Thanks to Mr Moamen. Thanks for the hotel staff.

The room is clean, cozy. The staff members are very helpful and very keen on providing the best service for you and your family. The beach is very clean and very relaxing with the beans bags around too. The food is very delicious 10/10. The gym is perfect, large area with all types of equipment you need.
The animation night shows are boring, the special performers brought seem like amateurs, poor taste in choosing the songs to play.
