There were plenty of choices all over the resort, either in the main restaurant or all the other 6 restaurants to choose from. On top of that, all the food was really yummy and catered to different palates. I loved it ver,y very much. Haes off to the chefs working there and how attentive they are to the customers they are. They were all fabulous.

Great hotel & best staff in hurghada from the moment I checked in & Mr Ahmed saber front desk treat me like royalty took care of everything by contacting me on phone app he even reserved for me the à la cart restaurants & he checked me in earlier & offered late check out free of charge , all of staff were polite & friendly , food was delicious & of a good quality , pools are heated for comfortable swimming, high level of cleanliness everywhere, the hotel exceeded my expectations actually

10/10 – Absolutely Perfect Stay!
Everything about this hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
Special thanks to Mr.Bahi Adel from front desk , he was our guide and just made our stay perfect.

The facilities, it was a calm hotel, not many children so we could relax in the beach and the pool. The buffet was incredible. Staff was great, they really care about the guests. If I return to Hurghada I will stay in Sunrise Crystal Bay for sure.

The food was good, with plenty of variety, and we were quite satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor facilities were excellent and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall. The gardens were especially beautiful and meticulously cared for, adding to the charm of the property.
The Deluxe Room with Pool or Partial Sea View was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom and wardrobe area could really use an update. The extra cots provided were very old and torn, which was disappointing.
The indoor shops did not have price tags, which made shopping quite difficult. In contrast, ONE shop just opposite the hotel had fixed prices, and when we compared them, it felt like the prices inside the hotel were inflated. The same experience applied to the hairdresser as well — prices were unclear and seemed inconsistent.

This is my third time at sunrise crystal and it was really nice. Everything was really perfect, the beach is amazing, the rooms are really spacious and very clean and the food was ok lacking some variety. What was really exceptional most of the staff they were very friendly especially Manar from the reception team, i guess she's the one who made our stay really special, she's very friendly, very very helpful and she was always there for us. Thanks Manar for making our stay very special and comfortable.
The main restaurant staff, main bar staff and some of Yades restaurant staff aren't friendly and they treat Egyptian really bad. Mario from the main restaurant bar gave me a weird look when i asked for a cold bottle of water. I guess they need more training on how to professional and treat all guests the same.

Nice place , excellent food , helping staff , but the main negative point was the air condition specially in the main restaurant and lobby , it was almost out of service which affects the whole stay and experience , also the elevator that was not working during the whole stay (how come)
The animation was nice but the show time was very short (30 minutes ) and ends at 9:30 pm. !
To be fair, the hotel did upgrade our room for free, which was a nice gesture, and the food was very good and delicious, with a wide variety. The rooms were clean, neat, and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful..
The air conditioner in the lobby and main restaurant is really disappointing.

This hotel is a real paradise, from the very first moment at the reception Ms. Manar at the front desk meets you with a lovely smile and facilitates the check in process and then upgraded my deluxe room to a junior suite overlooking the crystal bay.. stunning suit with an extraordinary view..I am so grateful for you Ms. Manar...you are competent and professional. Food was delicious and the presentation was neat and elegant, food quality is excellent ,many thanks to chef Essam,chef Nashaat , and the genius chef Saeed at Elia restaurant. Many thanks to the two Ebrahims ; the life guards at the main pool and Mohamed fathy the waiter... Actually all the stuff is perfect and everything was in discipline which indicates that the property management is professional .

My experience at Sunrise Crystal Bay Posh Club was truly remarkable. This resort is a beautiful oasis of comfort and relaxation, allowing you to enjoy a delightful getaway from the stresses of everyday life.
From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and high professionalism. However, what made our stay truly special was our butler, Hagar. She was outstanding and assisted us from the very first moment. Hagar was always available to meet our needs, and it was evident that she cared about the little details that made our stay even more comfortable.
She helped us organize various activities and provided valuable recommendations for the best dining options and recreational activities within the resort. Thanks to her efforts, we created beautiful memories and had an amazing time.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting Sunrise Crystal Bay Posh Club, especially if you have the good fortune of having Hagar as your butler. Your experience will undoubtedly be unique and unforgettable.

Hager, Hager, Hager! Hager was our butler. She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!
The wi-fi signal failed a lot, even in posh club. Small details like the AC making noise, light bulbs flickering and the automatic curtains didn't always work properly.
