The hotel is in a prime location in Gouna with great views of the lagoon and golf course. The staff are super friendly and helpful as always , and the food at the breakfast buffet is delicious with a big variety and food selection.
The rooms are starting to look a bit dated, I think the hotel needs to do a better job maintaining the property. The room was also quite dusty, and the floors were not cleaned properly. You'll definitely need to be wearing slippers the whole time in the room, otherwise you'll have black feet.

The property is renovated and has a lot of nice amenities and is very kid friendly… khaled the housekeeper is very nice and helpful
The staff are nice and trying to help but the service is slow, it takes some times for requests to be executed, and sometimes you need to follow up for things to happen…

Very well-maintained and clean
There were ramps all over the ground floor but no ramps to the first floor of rooms, be very mindful of this if you have a stroller. We said on the booking we had a child under 1 and visibly had a stroller upon check in and were still given a room on the first floor.

Amazing place everything is beyond fantastic
Access to the sea, you have to go to a beach off-site or use the lagoon on site but honestly it’s not a concern the lagoon is calm and swim able.

This is the right place for anyone looking for some relaxing time.
Everything is great.
Relaxing pool bar was my favorite (special thanks for ..Sabry.. the barman in the adult pool bar.
You can get from him a very good tasty cocktails.
Lagoon bar was also great
