The whole family really enjoyed their holiday here. The hotel was beautiful, with pools everywhere, including a heated pool. The beach was nice and there were plenty of deck chairs. The hotel even has a lazy river, which the kids enjoyed. The kids had a good time at the kids' club. We enjoyed eating at different a la carte restaurants every night. We had the signature suite, which was a very nice room, and with that we had a contact at the hotel who we could contact over WhatsApp. This was a real game-changer for us, which meant that we could make requests easily, make bookings easily, and get any problems sorted out really quickly. Thanks Saif :)
Highly recommend doing a private boat trip to the Dolphin Reef if you can. It was money well spent and the kids had a great time.

We loved the place the greens and the beach is sandy and everything was clean and amazing
Management take complains seriously and they follow up with you
The spa is so relaxing
The heated pool is salty and everyone loved it
The staff are really hard working

And from the crew Abanob his service is really good on the beach he is always smiling always greeting you
Also Mohammed fathy on the pool his always smiling and checking on you

The property is clean and has many pools. The staff is polite. The food in the main dining hall was very good as well.
The price we paid for the honeymoon package 100% not worth it. Save your coins and get a regular rate room. I did not like that I needed to call daily to have my room cleaned and fridge restocked. Even when they came by towels and soap in the shower was not refilled; therefore, I ran out right in the middle of a shower.

Martin at the reception was an amazing gentleman. He greeted us at the reception with a friendly smile and he made us feel very welcomed. Zena at the food court was a very friendly host. She was very friendly as she was serving the food and being busy at the same time
