Wonderful
Location: The hotel itself is lovely, but the sea/beach area is spectacular. It’s definitely one of the most beautiful spots in Hurghada.
· Staff: The service is unmatched. From the newest recruit to the general manager, every single person was respectful, professional, and always smiling. I have never seen such a high level of hospitality.
· Food: The food is delicious and offers incredible value for money. You really get the best quality for the price.
· Overall: This was a perfect trip. It certainly won't be my last visit to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Indeed a great location, several options for entertainment and leisure.
The hotel is confortable and offers a good value for money.
In our family room, the master bedroom, has a not very confortable bed. (Most probably time to change the mattress )
Additionally for a family suite, we missed a second bathrooms.
Everything else, was really nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sindbad Hotel. The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mina at the reception and Mirna, who were always welcoming and professional. The hotel is full of activities, so there’s never a dull moment. The beach and sea are of a very high standard, clean and relaxing. The restaurants offer a good variety of food, and the quality is very good with options for different tastes. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Everything was great. The food was good and we always found something different to eat ?
When we arrived the front desk agent could talk a little Hungarian what was a fun suprise ?
Everyone of their staff was great and friendly and on top with every guests ?
Mohamed (from housekeeping) was great. He always kept our room super clean and he was really sweet anytime when we met.
Merna was also great. She took care of us really well. She helped with every questions what we had before we arrived or during our stay. She is really sweet and super friendly. As a person who also works in the hotel industry I think this hotel is lucky to have her ? so thank you Merna for all your help ?
Also every part of the hotel was clean…even the toilets at the beach also.
So seriously I could not find anything what was not great during our stay.
I would totally recommend it to stay here!

First of all, I would like to thank Merna and the reservation team for their professional service. They upgraded our room free of charge and allowed us a late check-out without any extra fees.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff throughout the property were helpful and welcoming. The pools are heated, which is essential during the winter season.
the beach area was excellent—sandy and safe for children to play and swim. The animation team was amazing as well, offering enjoyable shows, including kids’ activities that my children really loved.
The hotel is located in the heart of Hurghada, so if you need anything outside the hotel, it’s just a short walk away.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to visit again.
We noticed that after the daily room cleaning, it was sometimes necessary to contact housekeeping to request basic items, such as replacing an empty tissue box or refilling sugar and Nescafé sachets.
The food was delicious; however, the variety—especially at lunch—did not change significantly.
this did not affect our overall experience at all, and it did not detract from our enjoyable stay

Sindbad hotel was a great and very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the food was clean and high quality.
Mina at reception was friendly and welcoming, Merna from guest relations was very helpful with the booking and following up , and the lobby bartender Abdullah was a genuinely good person who was always available if we needed anything.
Overall, excellent service and a hotel I’d definitely recommend.

The room was updated and comfortable. They upgraded us to a two bedroom room on arrival, so that was a nice surprise. The buffet had a lot of options and was good overall. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and at the beach, which was a short walk from the main part of the resort. We were also impressed by the quality of the evening show. We were only there to experience the "Latin Night" show, but it was very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again!
The beds were a little firm for my liking and I'm not sure there was any alcohol in the drinks served poolside, but they were still tasty!

The staff is very friendly. They helped us with early check-in and arranged a room for us to shower since we had a late flight on the last day. You can really feel the customer satisfaction mentality. They always responded positively to every request, and I extend my gratitude to the entire team.
One of the rooms we stayed in had been painted for renovation purposes, and we were exposed to a foul paint smell on the first day. When I asked to change rooms, they agreed, but we didn't want to change because we were already settled in.
Activities like diving and boat tours have very limited availability, making it difficult to find a place during peak periods. Partnering with more intermediary companies would be beneficial for the hotel.

Thank you so much to all the staff of Sindbad for their impeccable service especially to Megan, Wessam, Mina Nasry & Mohamed from the reception. As well as Ahmed & all the cleaning staff from 5th floor. They were all accommodating especially Mr. Mohamed Elsayed who guided us to the path going to the beach & Aqua Park. Moreover, they also upgraded our rooms to suite.
The hotel looks a bit old but still in good condition, clean & they maintained it. There’s a mixture of old & modern style. But the best was there’s a lot of activity & restaurants that you can choose that is included in the all inclusive. You just need to make a reservation at the Asian & Italian restaurant in the morning and also check their daily programs. There’s also aqua park, beach, entertainment, activities for the kids, Aqua Zumba, etc.
The only downside is that there’s no parking area within the vicinity of the hotel. We need to park the car outside the hotel under the heat of the sun with a daily fee. And the personal daily kit, slippers, etc. is upon request.

Great staff, variety of restaurants to visit. Beach was reasonably close in a resort across the street. Waterpark was fun to try for an evening.
For last minute booking they have a dive center, but I do not recommend it for experienced divers. It is better to dive with another company that will arrange the transfer.
Would be great to have an easier system to exchange beach towels.

The staff, especially Ahmed our cleaner on 6th floor, very helpful and thorough. The bar staff were particularly attentive and friendly, always chatty, bringing drinks over, and the guys in the Italian restaurant, fantastic service, would bring things to suit every dietary need and the bar staff around the pool, very attentive and helpful.
The variety of food was really good and beach very clean and well managed, couldn't fault the staff at all, thank you so much we really enjoyed as a family of 10, with teens, child and adults, would definitely return. Special shout out to Emad and James who were always helpful and chatty.
The lifts broke down a few times and some of the staff trying to sell us spa treatments and excursions were very pushy and constantly trying to get you to buy, day after day, even after saying no, a bit too much when we wanted to relax but didn't spoil things, was just annoying
