Spacious room and spacious
AC made loud noises, preventing sleep.
Long waiting time to get a Golf car from and to room/reception, and each time we had to go to the reception to look for a driver.
Room too far to reach without a golf car.
Booking promised beach view, you had to got the end of the terrace to see the beach (terrace wall too high)
Low quality coffee over breakfast. except for bread, the bakery is not good. Cutlery not clean

Amazing performance from all the staff specially Amany from Guest relations and the FOM also Shereen and Martina from the kids club they are very nice .
And all the F&B staff, Food was amazing also professional Executive Chef ?.

Architecture is magnificent, location is superb, food is of good quality although not always tasty.
You “rarely “ see anyone smiling from the staff (except Refka at the Miramar restaurant). Employees seem to be unhappy doing their jobs. They kept us waiting more than one hour to check us in. Bed Pillows are incredibly high and uncomfortable. Insects at the beach made it really hard to stay long.
