Staff is spectacular and was the best experience in terms of staff of all our stay in Egypt. Animation team is great.
Food isn't spetacular but in line with what one would expect from an all inclusive. Drinks are inferior to what one would expect.
The beach isn't the best in the area and the lounge chairs in the beach are a bit run down but I got bad weather during my stay so that definitely impacted my perception.
Smoothies and better juices options at the bars would be appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is genuinely kind and attentive. The atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and impeccably maintained. There was a great variety of food and drinks, and the reef and marine life right at the hotel’s beach were truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The beach is not for young children at all.

We have spent about 20 times holiday in Egypt and Serenity Alpha Beach provides the best value. The location and the staff are excellent. The staff cares for the needs of the guests. This time we stayed in the room 3288, a very good room. We will come back again

Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is absolutely stunning, extremely clean, and very well organized. The atmosphere is relaxing, the beach and pools are fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch. Many pool options with lots of seating, was also walking distance to the beach with crystal clear water and a reef to snorkel at. The staff were extremely accommodating and warm and welcoming. I came as a solo female and everyone was extremely nice. They were kind enough to extend my check out time and my all inclusive amenities as I arrived a day later than expected and I was also checking out/ getting picked up latte. Thank you to Mohamed and the rest of the staff for all of your generosity and kindness!

It was my second time at Serenity Alpha and I loved it just as much.
Starting at the reception and check in where Osama does his very best from the beginning to make your stay as amazing as possible and finds the room that’s just perfect for you! He is super helpful and always greets you with a big smile!
The rooms are spacious and clean, room service comes every day and freshens up the room. The restaurants (buffet and a la carte) all have delicious food and a great selection. Even as a vegetarian, you never leave hungry, no matter what time of day.
There’s a pretty coral reef by the private beach.
You can also choose between four pools (salt water or chlorine) if you’re not the biggest beach person.
This time I also checked out gym and spa.
The gym is small, but totally fine and well enough equipped for a good vacation workout.
Staff at the spa is also super nice and they try to fulfill every wish regarding your massages.
You really start feeling like it’s your second home, you get treated so nicely and friendly and don’t just feel like a guest, but a friend who’s always welcome.
I would say the hotel is perfect for singles, couples or friends.
There is an amazing Serenity family hotel right next door though, with a big waterpark and many activities for children (Serenity Alma Heights).
This was definitely not my last time at Serenity Alpha!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt at ease.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my visit.
The facilities were top-notch. Food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service at the restaurant a la carte and even in the buffet was outstanding.
The hotel’s location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area while still offering peace and quiet for a restful night’s sleep.
Animation staff did amazing performing different activities during the dat and at night.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly enjoyable experience. Looking forward to stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Serenity Alpha Beach Makadi, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The whole place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you arrive.
The swimming pools are beautiful, spacious, and very well looked after – perfect whether you want to swim, relax on a sunbed, or just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurants and food were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes with something for everyone, always fresh and beautifully presented.
One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I met was professional, polite, and genuinely kind, always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel happy and well taken care of.
