Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent, and we especially appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I would particularly like to mention the team at the lunapark — they were amazing with the kids. A special thank you to the man working at the crashing cars station; our kids absolutely loved him and were excited to see him every day. All of the staff throughout the hotel were helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The activities were also fantastic and kept the kids entertained the whole time. We had a wonderful family vacation and would happily come back.

From the moment we stepped through the entrance, the warmth was immediate and genuine. The staff greeted us with smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, the kind of hospitality that instantly tells you you’re in good hands. Every single team member we encountered was well-trained, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond without ever being asked twice. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent and every day we returned to a fresh, tidy room that felt like we’d just checked in. Room service was equally prompt and flawless every single time we used it. Even the laundry service impressed us, affordable, fast, and returned perfectly pressed. Honestly, every single service we used was executed to perfection. The facilities were outstanding, with immaculate pools, thrilling and amazingly safe water slides that the kids absolutely loved , well-maintained grounds, and everything running like clockwork. The stunning coral reef beach is just a leisurely 10 minute walk away, with a convenient shuttle running every 15 minutes Our interactions with management were equally impressive, accessible, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. You could feel the culture of excellence coming from the top down. The food deserves its own paragraph. The buffet offered an incredible variety, fresh, high quality, and something for every palate. From hearty breakfasts to elaborate dinners, the culinary team consistently delivered. Not one disappointing meal across our entire stay. Most importantly, every single member of our family, kids and adults alike, had an absolute blast. We will absolutely be back.

Everything is perfect

Everything was perfect during my stay at the hotel. I encountered a small issue with my reservation, but it was immediately resolved by Mr. Mohamed Sobhy, the Front Desk Manager, who handled the situation with great professionalism. He also kindly offered compensation, which I truly appreciate. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Alma Height Serenity Resort. The snorkeling right off the beach was incredible—crystal-clear water and plenty of marine life to see. The food was consistently great, with lots of variety and quality. What really made the experience special was the staff, who were all friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Ihab, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He was especially accommodating in arranging an extra bed in our family room, which meant our family of five could stay together comfortably without needing to book a second room. Highly recommended—we would definitely return!

Amazing hotel. I am definitely going to be coming back. I loved every aspect of it, room , staff, pools and drinks :) I wish to come back next year. again.

Everything is outstanding,unique hospitality in all hotel parts , a lots of fun activities along the hotel ,me and my family literally didn’t catch all off them ,the room was big and comfort , the food was surprising for me I use to come to Hurghada and the food taste always was my main complain but here it was fantastic , generous,clean ,a lot of varieties,precious ingredient the chef Naser in tau restaurant gives us warm hospitality ,all the Stuff was helpful, smiley;special thank for Mr ehab for his extended generoucity along our vacation wishing him all the best , finally we really injoy the African show it was magnificent .

Friendly and professional staff

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

My stay duration was very pleasant and enjoyable. The manager, especially Mr. Ehab, were wonderful and treated us with great care and professionalism. Yahya also made our trip memorable with his excellent support and hospitality. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming.

The resort grounds were very pleasant and the waterpark was great with enough slides to keep our kids happy for days. The staff were great, especially our lovely cleaner Hamada who introduced himself when we arrived and was always so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for vegetarians. I particularly liked the Egyptian breakfasts with bread straight out of the oven.

Very friendly staff starting from the reception check in process till the check out. Mr.Ihab from the guest relations is very professional and he is very responsive and supportive.

There was activities all day long for kids and adults, the aqua park was great, the food quality was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ihab reception manager and his team for easing our stay. and looking forward to our next vacation.

The pools for the kids

All the staff works perfectly and tries to make your stay memorable. Someone called the room every day on the phone and asked "how are you satisfied with the services?" – it was unusual - this voice helped us to get lunch boxes in the night when we went away. Food is in the hotel is good, not excellent but really good (we compared it with another Hurgada's hotel with all inclusive). Free aqua park is great! Rich reef is great only if you can swim. A very good free transfer from the hotel to the sea (or 10minutes walk through another Serenity hotel). Something happened with toilets in the building (two times) but a plumber fixed everything very quickly.
