My stay duration was very pleasant and enjoyable. The manager, especially Mr. Ehab, were wonderful and treated us with great care and professionalism. Yahya also made our trip memorable with his excellent support and hospitality. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming.
I recommend guests avoid booking transportation through the transportation companies inside the hotel, as the prices can be significantly higher (up to 10 times more). Guests should compare prices outside before confirming. Also, for safety and convenience, I suggest avoiding Uber travel late at night.

The resort grounds were very pleasant and the waterpark was great with enough slides to keep our kids happy for days. The staff were great, especially our lovely cleaner Hamada who introduced himself when we arrived and was always so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for vegetarians. I particularly liked the Egyptian breakfasts with bread straight out of the oven.
There were a couple of things we didn't know about at first and it would be good to be told about these. Firstly, the sign about whether the snorkelling area is open and secondly, that there is a heated pool! We went to the snorkelling area when it was closed, not realising that there is a sign at reception about this. We also swam in freezing water the first day, not realizing one of the pools (and the slides) is heated!
It would also be good to have information about whether food has nuts in it (or just a section of nut-free desserts). One of our kids has a nut allergy and, while we could ask about food and someone would check, this took a while so he mostly just avoided most of the desserts in case they had nuts in them.
A small thing, but we were staying in January and the same few Christmas carols were played on rotation in the restaurant for every meal, which got a little wearing by Day 5! I'm not sure what the variety of music is normally like.

There was activities all day long for kids and adults, the aqua park was great, the food quality was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful.

All the staff works perfectly and tries to make your stay memorable.
Someone called the room every day on the phone and asked "how are you satisfied with the services?" – it was unusual - this voice helped us to get lunch boxes in the night when we went away.
Food is in the hotel is good, not excellent but really good (we compared it with another Hurgada's hotel with all inclusive).
Free aqua park is great! Rich reef is great only if you can swim. A very good free transfer from the hotel to the sea (or 10minutes walk through another Serenity hotel).
Something happened with toilets in the building (two times) but a plumber fixed everything very quickly.
January is the coldest month of the year but why only one adults pool is heated? And 26 degrees in a child zone is not enough when the air is hardly about 20 degrees. For example, 30 degrees in the pool for all is in another Hurgada's hotel (we've been there one week before Serenity).
About the sea - if you can't swim you can only walk on the coast. No swimming at the beach.
All carousels (evening entertainment for children) cost separate (small) money, but they forgot to mention this in the description of the hotel.
By the way,
from Hurgada to the hotel by taxi - 15 euro
from the hotel to Hurgada by taxi - 25 euro (no alternatives - the receptionist doesn't call to the taxi, he asks to use a special service guy)
Anyway, I can recommend this hotel - from March till December for all families.

Fantastic Property! A proper 5-Star experience. I have traveled to over 25 countries, but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Water-Park, Beach, Snorkeling, Scuba, Experiences (Yoga, Zumba, Dance Shows) all were out of this world.
Property could explore more vegetation options in the meal.

They have a series of nice water attractions.
The quality of food was not good however they offered lots of variant which you cannot see anywhere else, but quality was really poor which resulted in sickness for me and for others who where with us in this trip. WiFi quality was also awful, it is not working... The most craziest thing was that: this giant hotel had only two elevator in the wing of the hotel and our room was in another wing, so for example for going for a breakfast we should first go to the other wing (5 min) then use the lift to go downstairs and then we should go to out side of the building!! because therewhere no access to the restaurant from the lift place!! and then again re-enter the building to reach to the restaurant !!!!

Property is clean, staff are very friendly. Mr Emad the front desk manager and Mr Abdallah at the front desk made sure that all requests are granted and full-filled, Mohamed at the main restaurant was very keen to make us very comfortable while having our meals. The chefs at the grilling area were extraordinary and attentive to details, as they always made sure I have bread right out of the oven and falafel right out of the fryer as this is how I prefer them! The facilities are very clean, heated pools and aqua ❤️ trees and grass are groomed. I loved this place as it's easy to navigate, everything is at a convenient distance, you don't have to walk much to get anywhere.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone who would love to have a cozy, relaxing vacation!

The hotel is amazing in everything.
All the staff, especially at the reception and the restaurant, were friendly, kind, and helpful.
I especially want to thank Mr. Ihab for his help and warm welcome.
Check-in was very fast
we got our room in about 15 minutes even though we arrived at 12, before the check-in time.
The room was better than what we booked, and the view was wonderful.
We enjoyed the swimming pools and the water slides.
The food in the main restaurant and the snack restaurants was very varied and very good in taste and cleanliness.
The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned every day.
We really liked the hotel and we will stay here again.
The animation team is good, but they are not very engaged with the guests.
