The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, with plenty of pools and bars, and well-equipped facilities. The service was excellent and very responsible—staff Kareem is really nice，consistently followed up on any issues. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations.
The only minor inconvenience was that after having breakfast before checkout, my room key card wouldn’t work to re-enter the room, and I had to go back to the reception to reactivate it. I understand the reason, but it was a bit inconvenient.

Absolutely incredible stay! I can‘t believe the amount of comfort they offer for the lowest price. Beautiful resort, super clean, great food, amazing service, amazing value for prize!

The resort is beautiful, with a private beach, and the staff was excellent. Good food variety and, very importantly, quality. There are 8 different restaurants, which serve different kinds of cuisines. My favorite one is the Egyptian restaurant, the food was amazing, and the staff there was so nice. Everywhere was very clean, including the bathrooms in the public areas. It provides all kinds of facilities, including tennis courts!
- The room felt kind of dated.
- Since it's a huge resort, it does feel kind of overwhelming. And there were people smoking in many places, which was quite annoying.
- At the butter restaurant, the waiters always took away my food (even though it's not yet finished) when I just left briefly to get other stuff.

Amazing place. Staff were all very cooperative and made is feel great. The food was amazing. The main restaurant was exceptional. It had everything we needed. The beach restaurants and the bars all around the place provide food and beverages all the time.
We specially liked the egyptian night with the traditional music and then the dancing afterwards. We also enjoyed the other nights and the animation team providing entertainment.
The pool was also warm and and very inviting. We really liked it there (even though it was end of December).
We booked as a family with grandparents on. both sides. The grandparents also enjoyed the stay so much and were really enjoying the stay and the staff hospitality.
Mezo from reception helped us book additional a la carte restaurants which really added a lot to the experience trying different foods.

There is nothing to complain in the entire stay, and everywhere is filled with professional services and friendly smiles. The food selection in the buffet cafeteria is satisfying my Asian origin family’s picky taste buds. They were able to find rice and dishes similar to fit without too much compromise with the seasoning they brought in. The same as other all included resort, you cannot make reservation on the day of arrival. And please remember to reserve the next dinner of the next day on the system if you have the staff helped you, it is recommended to have confirmation with the front desk per my general experience with other resort. The rooms we got are a bit far from the cafe, but they are closed to the beach. Because we are senior mostly, no activity is taken but we enjoyed the quiet sun bathing on the side of the pool and beach a lot. You can walk out from this resort to garden beach resort next, and you can even walk cross the main street to the much cheaper shops without too much trouble thanks to speed bumps. I used the gym twice during the stay, full equipped and spacious, very good experience, but it operated only during 7am-7pm, and the entrance is a bit hard to locate. Because of the flight, the stuff helped us to move the luggage in 3am without a single minute’s delay. Really appreciate all helps I received. Really appreciate the celebration in the dinning, even though it was not really my parents’ anniversary but you still made their best “anniversary” in the past 10 years.

We spend a wonderful week at the hotel. Everythin is so clean, the garden is well-maintened and the beach is also nice and clean.
It is nice that the themed restaurants are also included in the all inclusive price.

Animation and activities, a variety of restaurants, services at pools and beach, warm pools, an aquapark, and lifeguards.
Our previous stays at the neighboring hotel (Sunrise Garden Beach) were exceptional, and we were always looking at the Mamlouk Hotel and saying, "Wow, why the heck don't we book here? The hotel looks royal, and anyway, we can use both hotel facilities and restaurants"
And we did it this year, it wasn't as we expected actually, the hotel looks very clean and cozy, but we didn't have much luck in terms of our room, we could've asked to change it, but we didn't want to waste time.
An incident of an electricity cut-off took place on our 2nd day, but Mr. Mohamed Ali the reception manager offered a suite that we could stay at until the problem was fixed, but the suite also had no electricity, the whole thing took about 4 hours till it was resolved and we were back again to our room.
Mr. Moataz, our butler, was very caring and professional. He made our check-in take no time, and he always offered assistance once needed. He also booked us a special anniversary dinner at the Italian restaurant, but we had to skip it so as not to miss the Halloween show at the theater.
An old man chef at the Garden Beach main restaurant is very friendly and you can feel his pure love. Thanks for the fresh Salmon, old man, it was the best I've tasted.
The funny lady chef who prepared omelets for guests at the Mamlouk main restaurant for breakfast literally can make your day with her funny jokes and the way she deals with people.
The food is amazing with lots of varieties, beverages as well were very tasty and varied, but only some of the staff members are ignorant and unprofessional, not sure if that happens with Egyptians only or what!!!

I didn’t expect the hotel to be this clean or the food quality to be so impressive — it truly exceeded my expectations!

This property was clean, comfortable and beautifully landscaped. The staff was exceptional, and I can’t say enough about Zizo who helped us a lot throughout our stay. The pool had several depths for all tastes, and the beach was fantastic for swimming, snorkeling, or just chilling out. It was the perfect temperature; cooler than the outside air but not so cold that it was uncomfortable. The shows and activities were top-notch, especially the fire show! And the best part for us was undoubtedly the all-inclusive food selection and preparation. This will be our official go-to resort whenever in Hurghada.
