Resort is fantastic but if you're vegetarian or vegan you're food options are very very limited also some staff are fantastic and they go beyond their ability to serve you , overall our experience was great, becoz we are vegetarian we only face issues for vegetarian food.

The pool is amazing, and the beach is clean and sandy.The garden was amazing for a walk.We enjoyed the Italian restaurant , the food was very good.Most of the stuff was very pleasant and friendly ,my faughters felt very safe and pleased .. they made our vacation unforgettable.For sure we will come back
I didn't like the smell (gasolin smoke ) that was coming from outside in my room.The food selection in the restaurant could be more European.

I had a wonderful stay at Amarina Hotel in Soma Bay! The hotel is truly amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rahim at the reception and customer service who was around us all the stay and assured that all is passing correctly ,,he was incredibly cooperative and made everything so smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Magical Vacation, Unfortunately great time went out quickly .The resort was so comfortable and relaxing, amazing hospitality, we'd like to thank all the staff members specially. Abdel Rahim Ali who was latterly a gentleman & so cooperative. The food quality and quantity was great .Animation team was so cheerfully & waiters were friendly, doing there work with love We enjoyed stay there and recommend it for anyone seeking for great value for money .

My stay at Amarina Hotel has come to an end today, and I can honestly say it was a perfect and fantastic experience in every way.
From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Abd Al Rahim, Guest Relations, for his exceptional hospitality, warm welcome, and friendly attitude. He was always helpful, attentive, and genuinely keen to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Sherif, the Hotel Director, for his continuous care and his consistent follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. His presence and attention to guest comfort truly reflect a high level of professionalism and commitment.
Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made this stay memorable. I highly recommend Amarina Hotel and would definitely love to return again.

We chose Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark for our honeymoon, and it was an excellent decision. The hospitality was exceptional, with staff who were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Special thanks to the organizer, Mr. Abdel Rahim, whose professionalism and care made our stay seamless, and to the restaurant team, particularly the bespectacled person responsible for presenting meals, Mr. Mahmoud—the food quality and service were outstanding throughout our stay.
We truly felt valued as guests, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and to anyone seeking a memorable, well-hosted experience.

Excellent service from the staff — everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Lovely family resort, great food but I think their best asset is the friendly staff. Really great people, making you feel welcome at all times.
I can't really think of anything. The Chinesse restaurant was perhaps not my favorite, but in contrast the Italian and Oriental restaurants were great.

Loved everything it was just what we wanted.
Everything super clean and maintained. Staff was wonderful and I would like to send special thanks to the bar manager Mohamed Attia. He gave me television access three days straight to watch the ATP Finals. I couldn't thank him enough.
We would also like to thank Maged and Gamal at reception for their helpful assistance. Thanks also to Ahmed in the dining room, he always had a kind greeting and a smile
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend. Hope to come back.
The beach was well equipped and not overly crowded. Plenty of room.
We're Italian and our expectations for food is never very high in an all inclusive. They do a wonderful job, however

The staff were very friendly. The check-in took a short time. Chef Mahmoud (the pasta chef) was so nice and friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. The food tasted very scrumptious. The beach was sandy and it was so fun there, it didn't have much fish though. The pools were big, and they we were having fun. The view from our room was insane. The bars had refreshing drinks. The animation team had excellent shows. That hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever visited
Only one thing that made me a bit upset. The cleanness was so bad. The room also needs renovation. The room smelled like pee that we had to change it. We changed it. However, the bathroom also had a bad smell. Therefore, I hope that when we come back, we don't find those mistakes

One of the best stays I’ve ever stayed- the staff was exceptional, always checking on you and keeping you comfortable, Mr.Amir is a wonderful and very professional manager, he keeps a constant check in on his guests to ensure excellence. Mr. Alaa was a pleasure as well, constant great service, making sure all the food and restaurants were up to the standard. Any minor requests they immediately do it with a friendly smile. The food was great, lots of options from Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and Indian alongside with a buffet that’s has different foods everyday. The beach is a very close walk from the rooms, clean rooms and great room service. Lots of bars and snacks around. Constant entertainment to the guests and also privacy and quiet in other areas. This is a great spot for families and couples. They have aqua park for the kids, and an amazing spa for the couples. I’ve traveled internationally many times and this was by far my favorite experience with a welcoming staff, great location, many amenities overall satisfaction was excellent!

It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!
