Facilities and Staff exceeded all of my expectations.
Everything you need is there so you don’t worry about having to leave the hotel to get anything.
Food had wide range of options.
Although food had multiple options to choose from, taste wasn’t that good for couple of items, food needed more marinating and seasoning.
Pool was too cold even though weather was in 30s degrees Celsius, didn’t understand why couldn’t hotel warm a little bit although it is doable in winter season

Everythign was clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was a good variety, especially if you include the a la carte restaurants. Heated pools were a lot of fun, and the resort is well designed, you can get to all corners of it within minutes of walking.
Pillows were thin and a little lumpy, had to ask for a change. No clear spot for snorkeling since there were boats right off the beach. You can swim in the sea though, just not enough reef.

Heated pools, good setup for the beach , snacks bars at the pool and beach, and different restaurants was very good especially the Italian restaurant.Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Remon for the great hospitality and support.

Resort is fantastic but if you're vegetarian or vegan you're food options are very very limited also some staff are fantastic and they go beyond their ability to serve you , overall our experience was great, becoz we are vegetarian we only face issues for vegetarian food.

The pool is amazing, and the beach is clean and sandy.The garden was amazing for a walk.We enjoyed the Italian restaurant , the food was very good.Most of the stuff was very pleasant and friendly ,my faughters felt very safe and pleased .. they made our vacation unforgettable.For sure we will come back
I didn't like the smell (gasolin smoke ) that was coming from outside in my room.The food selection in the restaurant could be more European.

Magical Vacation, Unfortunately great time went out quickly .The resort was so comfortable and relaxing, amazing hospitality, we'd like to thank all the staff members specially. Abdel Rahim Ali who was latterly a gentleman & so cooperative. The food quality and quantity was great .Animation team was so cheerfully & waiters were friendly, doing there work with love We enjoyed stay there and recommend it for anyone seeking for great value for money .

I had a wonderful stay at Amarina Hotel in Soma Bay! The hotel is truly amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rahim at the reception and customer service who was around us all the stay and assured that all is passing correctly ,,he was incredibly cooperative and made everything so smooth and comfortable. We chose Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark for our honeymoon, and it was an excellent decision. The hospitality was exceptional, with staff who were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Special thanks to the organizer, Mr. Abdel Rahim, whose professionalism and care made our stay seamless, and to the restaurant team, particularly the bespectacled person responsible for presenting meals, Mr. Mahmoud—the food quality and service were outstanding throughout our stay.
We truly felt valued as guests, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and to anyone seeking a memorable, well-hosted experience.

From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Abd Al Rahim, Guest Relations, for his exceptional hospitality, warm welcome, and friendly attitude. He was always helpful, attentive, and genuinely keen to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Sherif, the Hotel Director, for his continuous care and his consistent follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. His presence and attention to guest comfort truly reflect a high level of professionalism and commitment.
Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made this stay memorable. I highly recommend Amarina Hotel and would definitely love to return again.

Lovely family resort, great food but I think their best asset is the friendly staff. Really great people, making you feel welcome at all times.
I can't really think of anything. The Chinesse restaurant was perhaps not my favorite, but in contrast the Italian and Oriental restaurants were great.
