I thoroughly enjoyed the presence of the Jasmine Shrub elegantly wrapping around the balcony of my room.
The chosen TV channels offered poor content and their picture quality was far from satisfactory.

The location of the beach but no marine life
The food taste was not good and the variety was very limited , the beach is small and its very hard to find a spot to sit you have to get up at 5 am in the morning to reserve a spot because if you go to the beach after 7 am you will find all the chairs reserved by towls and no one is sitting on them , and the room service is not great and doesn’t match a 5 star hotel

The staff was amazing, very welcoming, always doing their best to let you feel comfortable and happy. The beach area is well chosen, with a large variety of corals and fishes to explore.

It is a nice hotel located in the Makadi Bay with access to a calm beach where you can spend the day swimming and snorkeling. The facilities are comfortable for a short stay. Althought there were various guests, the hotel is big enough so it does not feel crowded and we were lucky enough to have an upgrade with a sea view and nice balcony and we always found seats available in the beach no mather the hour of the day. The animation staff was friendly.
In general the quality of the food is ok, nothing special, but not bad. The swimming pool does not have heating. As a couple, we didn't find the activities very attractive as there is no much entertainment at night, but we had a relaxing time.

I liked many things. First and for all, a shout out to the reception team. They helped us so much and were super friendly. Snorkeling is really a paradise over there. You hop into the water, and you're of to go.
Food? Plenty! It's impossible that don't like anything. You can have the regulars, like pasta, kebab, french fries, meat, ... and then there is the theme that switches every night with some specials. And if you only like vegatables, there is always a big salad bar. Are you hungry? Almost all the time, you can get a snack. The chefs and the barmen are also super helpfull and funny.
Off course, the animation team, is there to animate and to help! Great vibes!
You will like this hotel for sure!
Actually, there is nothing to dislike. The only minor comfort could be if your room is facing the entertainment area. Then I guess you can have some noise (which was the case for us). However, around 10, or 11, the music stops. For us it was not a problem at all, but maybe, if you have small children, who cannot sleep easily, I can imagine, it could be a problem. Just ask for a room facing the other side. Plenty of rooms over there as well, and no noise for sure! The hotel is really big and the staff is always there to help you!

All beach reserved by towels result to take small seat two days not normal longer one
House keeper should provide all room staff like shaving tool , toothbrush without guest asking

the staff was so friendly and helpful, they always do your request with kindness. The room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was clean, hot and cold water supply was really good even in peak hours. The beach was cozy, yet you can do snorkeling steps away from shore. The food was of good quality, specially the ala carte restaurants
the beach is a bit small, you need to reserve a spot yourself at early morning.
