Throughout our stay, Ibrahim was always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with any request we had. He went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was perfect, and his exceptional hospitality made a real difference in our vacation. Staff members like him are one of the main reasons we would gladly return to the resort again.

What I liked most about the property was the excellent hospitality and friendly staff who always made us feel welcome. The resort was very clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with amazing sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food variety was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. The location in Sahl Hasheesh was also perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful resort on the Red Sea. Buffet was plentiful and the room very nice. The Thai restaurant was phenomenal.
Not enough pool chairs. People bothering you while relaxing for excursions or spa. Front desk staff need better training

All the staff were helpful and friendly. We upgraded on arrival and stayed in both a Signature Room and a Royal Suite and both were decent enough. The main restaurant offers a varied high quality buffet and the themed restaurants offer some reasonable alternatives for a change of scenery. The beach is clean and the all inclusive service levels are very attentive. The hotel is situated in a quiet area some 25 minutes taxi ride from downtown Hurghada and provides an excellent relaxation based holiday experience.
There are a lack of hotel activities beyond the sea, swimming pools, spa and gym and there is little to visit or see locally. The insane daily rush for beach spaces could surely be better managed by the hotel and the range of added value services to higher paying guests could also be improved.

We had a very nice stay at KAISOL Romance Resort and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is clean, well organized, and has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was very good in all areas. The food was also great with good variety.
A special thanks to Karem and Ibrahim at the reception for his kindness and support, he made our stay even better.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend the hotel. We look forward to coming back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kaisol Romance Everything was well organized, the food was high quality and delicious, and the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in all areas of the hotel. The heated swimming pool was a great plus, and the service was truly excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Mamdouh for his kindness and great support.
