It has variety of good food and activities for honeymooners. Staff was great! Ibrahim from reception is absolutely the best!! He was so helpful and accommodating my requests!

I really enjoyed my stay at Kaisol Romance Everything was well organized, the food was high quality and delicious, and the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in all areas of the hotel. The heated swimming pool was a great plus, and the service was truly excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Mamdouh for his kindness and great support.

The cleaning staff on our floor was very pleasant.
The food ingredients were subpar, quantity was prioritized over quality. Several family members got sick from the food. Only domestic spirits and wines available and of poor quality. The New Years Eve gala was poorly executed, recycling entertainment from previous nights, with overabundance of unpalatable food. We paid for a sunlit swim-up room by the pool but were given a room which remained in the shadow after 11 am.

Our stay at this prestigious 5-star luxury resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality, making us feel special and truly valued. The room was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every luxury we could imagine. The highlight was our private pool, which added an extra touch of exclusivity and romance to our honeymoon.
The all-inclusive food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. One of the most memorable moments was our romantic dinner on the beach — it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary honeymoon cake, a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. We truly felt like royalty, with every detail taken care of. The resort also offered exclusive perks for honeymooners, which made our stay even more memorable and unique.

I’ve been a loyal and regular guest at KaiSol Sahl Hasheesh for quite some time, and I truly appreciate the overall quality of the hotel, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and the generally good standard of the food.
However, during my recent stay, I noticed some issues in the room that need attention. The room feels a bit outdated, the drawers open by themselves, and there is noticeable wear and tear on the flooring. The bathroom requires maintenance as the toilet keeps leaking water continuously, the peephole on the door is damaged, the ceiling in the bathroom is deteriorated, and the showerhead is leaking as well.
I still value the hotel and its team very much, but I hope these maintenance issues can be addressed soon to maintain the high standard that KaiSol is known for.
