I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Hurghada. Everything was excellent starting from the cleanliness, facilities, room view, activities, and overall atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
A special appreciation to Mr. Mina for his fast response, continuous assistance, and great support throughout the stay. His hospitality truly made a difference.
The animation team and night shows were amazing and added a lot of fun and diversity to the experience. The services overall were excellent, and the hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect.
Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to visiting again.

I love to be able to eat after checkout, food is very diverse and good, a lot of deserts (oriental sweets), Mina is very proactive and helpful.
Lunch at 13h, I would prefer at 12h.

This hotel is fantastic! Beautiful location, several buildings in different styles. Excellent views of the Red Sea.
Excellent spot for kitesurf with a school right there. Mina the Guest Relations Manager, went above and beyond to help us. The restaurant, entertainment, and housekeeping staff, etc., are all very friendly.
Alsow there's a mini café called "Sweet Moments" that's open 24/7. They have all sorts of pastries, hot and cold drinks, even little sandwiches... not exactly diet-friendly! ;>} Thanks to the team. They are all very helpful, nice and always smiling.
Honestly I think I will go back next year.

Literally everything was amazing. From the welcome to our departure, I felt so special. Rooms were clean big and spacious, the view, the activities and the shows, the resort is a family resort, you will not regret. Loved every second of it. Thank you to the bellagio team.

The resort was great! The rooms were large, modern, with nice views. The food quality was great, specially the grill station outside. Heated pool also a plus.
Staff was generally great but not consistent, some amazing, some need training. Waterpark by the beach was not functioning.
