The suite was amazing the food was fantastic the hotel was spotless and the staff made myself and my partner feel very welcome. I’d like a special mention to the server Mina in the buffet, to mustafa around the pool and my housekeeper who was wonderful . Top tip, we arrived on Sunday and went to book our “à la carte” restaurants on Tuesday lunch time and went could only get 2 of the 3 so book your table as soon as you can.

Af my arrival at the resort, I was greeted by the Guest Relations Manager, Mr Mina Attique, a very pleasant person. He explained about the resort and personally showed me the important places in the resort. During my stay, he made a point to see me three times to inquire about my trip and made me feel very comfortable. Great job.
The Resort was more than my expectations. Food was excellent. Entertainment in the evening was a pleasant surprise every night.
I had an excellent vacation at Bellagio.
The elevator needs improvement. The Egyption Restaurant, The Oasis needs some attention, especially the hospitality staff’s training.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the heated pool was really great specially in the morning, the hotel is the best destination for a family holiday, however I'm really happy that I spent my honeymoon there

The room was very nice. Comfortable and with everything what needed. The food was very good and varied. Most of the staff were very nice.

Just too big and sprawling. Food was plentiful but mediocre. We never resolved the lack of internet or hot water (after the morning) in our room. There are à la carte restaurants in addition to the buffets, but reserving a table in one is a bizarre ordeal.

The hotel room was spacious.
During our entire stay of 10 days, the beach staff made absolutely no effort to assist guests with carrying the sun loungers. Guests were left to manage everything on their own, while the staff appeared to spend their time socializing in their corner and focusing on other matters. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
The drink cups provided at the beach were extremely unhygienic. They were visibly dirty, cracked, and in a condition that would discourage anyone from using them.
Service in the restaurant was also very poor. The staff was inattentive, tables were not set, and guests had to repeatedly draw attention to themselves in order to receive basic service.
Overall, the service in this hotel does not meet five-star standards in any way.

Lot of things accessible in the hotel.
The food is really average. Some parts are not well maintained. The surrounding is not pleasant with the construction activities. Everything looks a bit artificial.

Everything is perfect, and Mr Mina Attia made the experience exceptional! He is very friendly and extremely responsive to any request. I’ll definitely come back to Bellagio and would be super lucky if Mr Mina was still in charge! The whole staff are friendly too, and the housekeeping is super nice! Special thanks to Fady who was responsible for our room!

Would highly recommend this Hotel. Nothing to complain about, all the staff were excellent, friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. The food was very good and cleanliness could not be faulted.
I really enjoyed my week at the hotel, really went beyond my expectations.

Bed sheets were not clean
And staff attitude was not great
I stayed almost 2 hrs in the room couldn't sleep because it is not clean til someone finally came to clean it and change bed sheet and wipe the floor and desk.
