Very Good
The host help arrange shuttle to meet us outside of the airport late at night. We woke up late the next morning and missed the breakfast time. We were not sure where to get something to eat
The hostess made coffee and breakfast for us. They made different breakfasts everyday during the 3 days we stayed there. All very delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there! The hostess recommended the best seafood restaurant around.

Wonderful
The room was very nice size and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in all of Egypt! I also loved that there was a little balcony with a rack for hanging your clothes to dry. I love the fact that every floor had its own water cooler where you could fill up your water bottles and one of the florist even had a little lending library with some books in English. I didn’t have a whole lot of interaction with Tamer (sp?) but he was very quick to answer my questions and helped me by arranging a transfer to the airport at the last minute. There are many restaurants all around the hotel so it’s very easy to find a good place to eat. There are also lots of little markets and it’s not far from the main road. It’s about a mile walk to the new marina. I wasn’t really impressed by the marina. It’s religious a row of different restaurants and a few little shops, but you can see the water and look at the boats. So it can be a pleasant time but don’t expect anything really great.
There is a fish restaurant right next to the hotel and my room was closest to it. It wasn’t terrible but a few times I did notice the room smelled like fish. However, it really wasn’t a big deal and it didn’t happen all the time. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints about the place. I had a really good stay.

It is very spacious and clean. I really enjoy the helpful staff members who help me store the luggage.
It is just a quite busy area so you could hear multiple peoples in and out at night.

It was okay, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. There was an elevator so upstairs no problem. Tea and coffee provided with a kettle.Staff in the coffee and shisha place downstairs were friendly.
Old fashioned, like going back to the 80s. It was in need of updating. The smell from fish cooking in the restaurant downstairs and the shisha smoke from the cafe made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. The price was a bit higher than a room of that quality should be. The reception in yon the 4th floor.

We had a very good stay in Masaya hotel. The room was clean, big, with balcony. The home made breakfast delicious. Near the hotel you have Mustafa fish restaurant highly recomended, a lot of supermarkets. Masaya cafe also very nice with a lot of choise of tea, juice, shisha.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive and took great care of me even though my flight was delayed and I arrived in the middle of the night. The room was very big and absolutely lovely and incredibly clean.

It’s close to Go bus for my onwards travel. There is plenty of food places and shops close by .

From all my 9 days in Egypt, this place was the best, we had almost all we needed, finally I had a feeling like I am in european hotel/hostel. It was the first time in a hotel in Egypt that we had a fridge, bed lamps, bathroom was nice, shower had curtains.
