Amazing stay!
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
As a lovely surprise, we were given a free upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more special and enjoyable. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable.
Thank you to the team for the great hospitality. We truly appreciated the gesture and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I truly loved every single night I spent there. What stands out the most is the superb service. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Maged and Madonna from the F&B team, as well as Mostafa Samy, the Reception Manager. They are completely dedicated and incredibly supportive. They are among the biggest reasons I would definitely recommend the hotel and return to spend my vacation there. Thank you all; you are truly amazing! ??
The only thing I didn’t like is that all rooms includes only the European bidet shower.

I had amazing stay. The rooms are spacious and had a great view and has all the needed facilities. The staff are friendly and professional. Amazing food quality and variety. And above all amazing beach overlooking a nice snorkeling site

The service at the hotel is excellent. However, I have one comment: the housekeeping staff knock on the door and ask if I need service, which is a bit disturbing. If I need anything, I would simply call the reception. This made me keep the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door to avoid such interruptions.

Quiet and lovely environment,amazing beach and snorkeling experience.
Food was very nice
I didn’t like they don’t allow 2 kids in the room in any type of the rooms.
Also, I asked very a late checkout at 1:30 pm, the management did agree.

Excellent facilities, lazy river, gorgeous location where the beach and sea activities are wonderful. Food was excellent and very friendly staff.
I had an issue with AC in my room and had to switch after midnight. Staff was very cooperative and provided a temporary room to spend the night in less than an hour. They fixed our AC the next morning. Problem was handled very well.

Everything is just fabulous .. We are family of three (son 10 years old) .. and it’s our 9th stay in a row since 2016 .. we have tried as many hotels as one may imagine (along from Hurghada to Marsa Alam) but none gave us the heartwarming reception and comfy accommodation .. you can easily find serenity everywhere .. setting everywhere tends to keep your good mood always on and nothing can easily take this away.
Reception:
staff are very hosting and they make sure to accommodate whatever you ask for - special thanks for Mr. Ali at the reception (super friendly, polite and professional).
Restaurant:
Main restaurant is awesome .. never failed to please us with its qualitative variety of food giving you the feeling of fine dining. Eggs Benedict with Salmon is a MUST to try on breakfast (the best I have ever had on earth). And Dinner has several food stations each specializing in certain food (pasta station with whatever pasta you dream of our son always longs for their pesto pasta and seafood station with numerous types of fish, calamari and crabs). For deserts they have ice cream, Om Ali (on Mondays and Fridays), and plenty of fresh finely selected fruits.
Pool:
They have a pool for adults only, and several others for family and small one for babies and toddlers. Main pool is very relieving and fancy. Towel center guys and life guards are extremely friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Ali (He is super friendly and fun with all family especially kids), Atta and Diaa.
Beach:
One of the best beaches along the Red Sea. Sandy no rocks and very very smooth beaches water. Always make sure to be there at sunset time. It’s marvelous and breathtaking watching the sun disappearing behind those sandy mountains.
Bar:
The hotel usually offers live music mini concerts, belly dance shows (usually on Fridays) and others. Staff at the bar are super helpful especially Ahmed.
Kids Club:
Staff are very qualified and friendly and know how to deal with kids.
To us, literally nothing.

Mr Diaa,Mariam,Madona ,Ingy ) for their beautiful welcome everyday in both meals ,Breakfast & Dinner)
However i want you to improve the half board to include at least water in the dinner meal or even a glass of juice,it won’t hurt the hotel.
I didn’t like that my room 8301 was too far and not kids friendly as no elevators near by at all .
2nd - the halfboard has to include drinks of at least glass if water in the dinner time.
