I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I received during our recent stay at Pickalbatros Neverland.
During our stay, I encountered an issue through Booking.com and initially raised it with the one of the managers. Although the matter was very clear, unfortunately no action was taken at that time. However, when I later approached Mr. Emad, Assistant Front Office Manager, the experience completely changed.
Mr. Emad was extremely attentive, patient, and genuinely willing to help. While I was at the reception explaining the situation, he listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, and stepped in with direct and effective solutions rather than offering unclear or unhelpful responses. His professionalism and positive attitude transformed what had been a very negative experience into an outstanding one.
Thanks to his dedication, our stay llturned into a truly memorable experience, achieving what I can only describe as 300% guest satisfaction. Mr. Emad went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.
I would also like to highlight that the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful, with fantastic facilities it truly feels like heaven for kids. We are already looking forward to staying again and again.
Mr. Emad is a true role model for his team and for all managers in the hotel. I sincerely hope his efforts and professionalism receive the recognition they deserve.

The food was amazing. The grilled chicken at dinner was incredible and the fresh breakfast omelettes were also really good.
The lack of food between 16:00-18:00. The day we arrived we were starving and there weren’t really any options besides some snacks on the other side of the park from our room. Also booking the taxi to the airport was twice the cost with them vs online. And finally, the shops inside the resort ( souvenirs, pharmacy, etc.) are not fixed price.

some of the best chicken nuggets that I have had but that was about it. There is one hotel staff who tried to fix our issues and actually seemed like she cared and her name was Georgia. Big shout out to her.
took us over 3.5 hours to check in. Yes you read that correctly. They kept trying to give us 2 rooms when we had booked and paid for 3 separate rooms. Half of the slides were not working including the surfing simulator. I've stayed in hotel across 30 different countries and this by FAR was the worst expertise I've had.

But not making life easy for parents with young kids
The long queues on the food stations made it very hard to feed our kids and have time to eat ourselves.
During high seasons you need to serve ready made extra pastas and bread.
I wasnt able to give my kids pasta in dinner nor bread in breakfast due to the long queues i couldn’t leave them unattended to stand in queues.
at least give people the option to take ready made extra food like other hotels or wait in queues only if they need special customized pastas. The bread shouldn’t be made by order! There should be extra bread made on the side rather than waiting in the queue to request the number of loaves i need and wait for them to be baked!
Also between meals there should be lmore than accessible snack bars for kids if they get hungry. There was only one between the parks and again not easy to leave kids unattended to walk to the orher side of the park to get them food. There needs to be more easy accessible options.

The overall resort is super comfy, and the staff are so friendly that the food is excellent.
Weather during our stay was so Wendy and partly we managed to use the pool for few hours... moreover, only one or two swimming pools are heated and were far from our rooms...

We had such an incredible experience at Jungle Aqua Park- truly one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at!
Starting with the pools and waterpark: absolutely amazing. The variety is unmatched- from relaxing pools to endless water slides for all ages. Everything was super clean, well-maintained, and there were always lifeguards present, which made it feel very safe. Whether you want to relax or have fun, there’s literally something for everyone.
The restaurants exceeded expectations. There was a wide selection of cuisines, and the quality of the food was consistently great. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and constantly replenished. You never feel like you’re eating the same thing twice, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort.
The service was top-tier across the board. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about the guests’ experience and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
The spa was also a highlight- so relaxing and beautifully set up. The staff were skilled and attentive, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a full day at the waterpark.
A very special thank you to Islam Mohamed at reception- he truly made our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth for us, and his positive attitude really stood out. Exceptional service!
Overall, Jungle Aqua Park is the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and excellent hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
