Can’t fault it really but if I have to, I’d say that the queues on some of the slides were long and sometimes people tried to jump these but the staff always managed to ensure order.

1. Reception. I can’t believe a good hotel like this has a reception like this. Caotic. You stay in front of receptionist, he talks on the phone, deals with the papers… reception is the first impression of the hotel. As soon as we entered, we did not know what to do with luggages.. normally we would expect somebody come and say welcome. We carried luggages inside and someone called us “no no, please leave luggages and go inside”. Then we went to receptionist. Nobody is looking at your face.. we waited at least 5 minutes just in front of receptionist to receive welcome. Same happened on the checkout.. 2. Personnel: I think this is a cultural issue. If any personnel somehow did not like you, they don’t serve you as expected. They can make personal decisions. Example: we went to play a water game on the ropes. Life guard said that my daughter is too small to play. Ok. After 20 minutes I see that he let play a smaller girl. Same happened in Luna park. 3. Public toilets: do not go.

I used to really like Jungle Aqua Park, but my recent stay was disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and treated foreign guests better than locals. I had to wait a long time for a room, and when I got it, it was dirty — with broken doors and stained bed sheets. Even after changing rooms, the issues continued. Thankfully, I brought my own sheets and towels to avoid more discomfort. The food was acceptable, but overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, service, and how it treats all guests equally.

THEY DESTROYED MY FAMILY VACATION. This resort is either grossly incompetent or intentionally deceptive. Either way, they ruined our vacation. On Nov 12, 2025, I booked a Swim-Up Bungalow, all-inclusive, 5 nights (Dec 27–Jan 1) for $2,085 USD. In the booking, I clearly added my two children (ages 12 and 14). The bungalow has two bedrooms and is clearly designed for families. I went above and beyond to avoid problems: Booking.com confirmed IN WRITING that there were NO extra charges for adding my 2 children. and updated the reservation to show the price was for 4 people. I still wanted to confirm with the resort. I tried calling the resort multiple times — they never answered the phone. I emailed them in English AND Arabic On Dec 2, the resort replied: “Your reservation shows you added 2 extra people and the TOTAL is $2085.” That is crystal clear. TOTAL. $2085. Then we arrived. After flying all the way from Canada to Hurghada with two excited children, we were told at check-in to pay ANOTHER $2,085 on top of what we already paid. They seriously expected $4,170 — That is ABSURD. That is Disney World kind of money. And we had a confirmation from booking.com and the resort that the total was $2085 not $4170 When we objected: We were brushed off and told to “deal with Booking.com” No manager resolved anything No alternative was offered No apology was given They suddenly claimed their confirmation email “meant” $2085 is extra, not total. (If you don’t understand basic English, don’t send confirmation emails in English.) This was bait-and-switch, plain and simple. Booking.com then made things worse. After hours of arguing, the reservation was unilaterally canceled, my money refunded, and I was offered a laughable $70 compensation — an insult after destroying a family holiday planned months in advance. Because of this disaster: We were forced to book an inferior resort We stayed fewer nights in the new resort as there was not much to do.

The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant organisation, and it would be great to see a bit more variety in the food options.
