Very friendly and helpful staff, family rooms are comfortable and spacious, food is very good with big variety of dishes. Pool is clean, offers onsite beach snorkeling with a very nice coral. Free access to water park by shuttle bus. Friendly entertainment and animation team. Highly recommended for families.

The service here is unlike anything I have ever seen, every single person working in the hotel is treating you like they really care about your comfort and happiness.The food also spectacular . The hotel isn’t huge which is actually nice your walk from your room to anywhere you want to go is 2 minutes tops. There’s tons to do . I assumed that all inclusive meant that the food quality would be mediocre but I was wrong the food was amazing. As for the beach there are so many beautiful fish to see or you can just have a relaxing swim. I would absolutely come again and again.

Almost everything. Great value for money. Our kids under 10 were definitely happy with activities and kind people there. Facilities are all clean, tidy and well maintained. You can also go to the massive water park by a bus in the same complex for free. The main buffet restaurant was great as we loved fresh vegetables (usually we cannot find those in non-luxury resorts in Europe) and Mediterranean/Arabic cuisines, such as lamb stew/falafel/charcoal grilled kofta. We did parasaling twice. Nice people and imo 30% cheaper than Greece etc. we will try other marine sports next time.
Just one thing to note for whom expecting swimming in the spring. There was not heated swimming pool in the hotel and water was bit cold for adults (temrepratue was just below 30 degree during the day and water temperature was 25ish I guess in mid April). In the afternoon, it was doable for adults too though. I personally don't complain about it and the water in the swimming pools was always very clear and clean. Sea water is also still bit cold in April. We are looking forward to try this place in May or June next time!!! In the water park nearby, there were heated swimming pools for small kids and water around the slides was warm enough.

Great check-in hospitality. The property is lovely, and the meals and drinks are robust. Love the access to the beach.
Smoking is generally accepted everywhere, including the beach.

My stay at Jaz Makadina was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. A special mention goes to Mr. Hany, the reception manager, who was incredibly supportive and quick to address every request. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made my birthday a memorable occasion. The culinary experience was equally delightful, thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Gad, the restaurant chef. He was very accommodating, ensuring that all our dining needs were met with delicious, high-quality food. Ahmed, who provided service in the restaurant, was also kind and attentive, contributing to a wonderful dining atmosphere. The beach and sea were breathtaking, with crystal-clear water that added to the overall experience. Throughout my stay, I felt relaxed and cared for, as if I were in my own home, thanks to the warm welcome from the entire staff. I usually prefer to stay in new places, but after this fantastic experience, I’m sure I will be back to Jaz Makadina soon!

Ultra clean and cozy hotel. Very nice location on a sandy beach. Beach full of corals if you like snorkeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free access (with free shuttles) to the wonderful aqua park. Food variety is exceptional and you have lots of dinning options.
WiFi coverage is good all over the resort but the internet speed can be improved. Desserts buffet has very limited choices.
