Great check-in hospitality. The property is lovely, and the meals and drinks are robust. Love the access to the beach.
Smoking is generally accepted everywhere, including the beach.

My stay at Jaz Makadina was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. A special mention goes to Mr. Hany, the reception manager, who was incredibly supportive and quick to address every request. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made my birthday a memorable occasion.
The culinary experience was equally delightful, thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Gad, the restaurant chef. He was very accommodating, ensuring that all our dining needs were met with delicious, high-quality food. Ahmed, who provided service in the restaurant, was also kind and attentive, contributing to a wonderful dining atmosphere.
The beach and sea were breathtaking, with crystal-clear water that added to the overall experience. Throughout my stay, I felt relaxed and cared for, as if I were in my own home, thanks to the warm welcome from the entire staff.
I usually prefer to stay in new places, but after this fantastic experience, I’m sure I will be back to Jaz Makadina soon!

Ultra clean and cozy hotel. Very nice location on a sandy beach. Beach full of corals if you like snorkeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free access (with free shuttles) to the wonderful aqua park. Food variety is exceptional and you have lots of dinning options.
WiFi coverage is good all over the resort but the internet speed can be improved.
Desserts buffet has very limited choices.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
A special thank you to Mr. Hany, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay here at jaz makadina the hotel was cozy and everything is around, the beach was sandy and has a great location for diving and snorkeling the room is so clean and comfortable

The location on the beach was exceptional, the beach is sandy and clean and the pool was clean
The main restaurant had a lot of variety everyday and the food was good.
The rooms were clean and spacious
Chef Nageh was so friendly and accommodating and so are the rest of the staff.
the only thing missing from the rooms were toiletries and slippers and some more options in the mini bar
The animation team were only German speakers and were not talking any other languages with other kids with other nationalities, they weren’t accommodating to other kids who needed more attention. 80% of the shows were in German where other kids felt excluded.
We are in Egypt after all at least speak the universal language

Location , Beach ,beverage and greenery
The room lacked lightning , water bottles were refilled not plastic ( unhygienic ) ,Pastry range was poor quality , room decor seemed old & not luxurious enough for the amount paid . Nights were dull and boring , no entertainment from the animation team which SHOULD be present in hotels specially for families . Last day , the water was cut off twice during check out and we couldn’t take a shower . Also no towel card.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff , i want to thank specially Mr.Abdelhaq the front office representative who always makes the trip special and does everything to make our stay comfortable, also Chef Mahmoud the restaurant head chef , also thanks to Mr.Hany the front office manager , frankly the best thing about this hotel is the staff , they never save an effort to make everything perfect and makes our stay memorable, jaz makadina is definitely one of the best hotels in Egypt.
