The in-compound beach is so close
The facilities and the food quality are top notch
The cleanliness and attentiveness of staff made the stay so much easier.
Hotel organizes airport pick up and drop off that may sound pricier than uber but it’s much safer and uber drivers will likely scam you so stick with the hotel !
There is a good book selection and nice animation team ! Wake up early to catch all the fun !
There’s a lot of mosquitoes but the staff was very accommodating and helped us get repellant each night.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in both the Royal Suite and the Family Room, and no matter the room, we always felt the same warmth and genuine hospitality.
The food was absolutely amazing — each dish was a delight. A special thanks to Executive Chef Mostafa for his exceptional choices. His menus are not only classy and tasteful, but also reflect a deep attention to detail and a real passion for quality.
And of course, the staff were beyond exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and care made us feel completely at home. Mr. Mina and the team, Mr. Ashraf and the team , big big thank you ??
It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes you feel this welcome. We can’t wait to come back again!

Staff extremely attentive/amazing and can't do enough for you (all without expecting a tip)!
Food quality in general pretty good with decent variety.
Very relaxing/tranquil atmosphere setting.
5 minute walk to nice beach area which facilitates for all hotels in that area.
Area is beautiful in its own village setting, feels very safe.
Complex well set out and all areas perfectly accessible easily within 1/2 minute walk for all rooms.
1. Like the majority of hotels in Egypt, lacking distinctive taste when it comes to European and Asian foods.....eg (no/very little herbs (basil)/garlic/tomato in the lasagne, curry lacking any sort of spice layering or character to distinguish its taste.
2. Rooms quite basic and a little tired in places (cracked tile/s, lack of decor/quality furniture/water damage to doors, to give it its 5-Star rating).
3. No aircon inside at dinner time (evening) until I mentioned it and had it turned on.
4. Only a very small beach allocation for the hotel for seats/sunbathing making it uncomfortable and not private.
Limited All Inclusive drinks menu and in room refreshments payable!
5. Poor quality evening entertainment and no stage/limited lighting/effects. Basic for a 5 Star hotel.
6. Spa chargeable (apart from 1st 30 mins) and not available for children.
7. No lift access despite having 3 floors. We were on the 3rd floor with a family of 6 with a pushchair.

The staff were amazing—very friendly and accommodating. You truly feel like you're visiting family while on vacation. The food was excellent in both variety and taste. Beach is so nice and sandy. A big thank you to all the hotel leaders; you are doing an outstanding job! Spa was also Amazing, although it was a bit pricey but good.

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely perfect, delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was just perfect, from the service to the comfort of the hotel. This is our first time in the hotel and for sure will not be the last.they were above and beyond to make our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us which made us very happy and valued.
A special shoutout to Mr Ali from the front office team who was incredibly friendly and made everything for us, his attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience also his warm welcome and personal touch made us feel right at home from the start.
Also special thanks to all the team who helped us and guided us for everything we needed.
When we took about food nothing compared to jaz makadi star & spa , I can’t express how amazing and delicious the food was starting from the breakfast which had exceptional variety till the dinner. The staff in the restaurant also made sure that we had everything we needed during our meals.
The level of care and hospitality from the entire team is what makes this place stand out. It’s rare to find out such genuine, thoughtful service where you feel like more than just a guest.
We can’t wait to return for our next stay. Highly recommended.
