I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Saraya Makadi. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming and relaxed. Room size is above average with additional / separate beds for kids. We had a garden room overlooking one of the pools and despite that, the room was very quite.
A special thanks to the reception team for their warm welcome and professionalism, and to the restaurant teams for their excellent service and attention to detail — they truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
The animation team also deserves special mention — they did an amazing job organizing shows and activities. There was always something fun happening, whether for kids or adults, and the entertainment programs were engaging and well-organized. There were entertainment shows for the family every night, which was a plus for the whole family.
The aquapark at Makadi resort was another highlight of our stay — it was clean, well-maintained, and a lot of fun for both kids and adults. There was a shuttle bus 2 minutes from the hotel which brought us to the Aquapark in few minutes. The shuttle bus runs every 30minutes. We used to access it as a complementary of staying at the hotel.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

The quailty of food was amazing, they also have lots of varity, and the fact they serve coffee at all bars all day long was really good.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive specially in the restaurant sunflower ,making us feel genuinely welcome. The location right by the water was stunning, and we were so lucky to have such beautiful weather which made enjoying the sea a delight. Everything was perfect!
However, there are two areas that need attention. First, there was a noticeable lack of staff presence on the beach—it was almost entirely unattended. Second, the air conditioning unit in the room was not working optimally and created quite loud, distracting noises, which unfortunately impacted sleep quality. Addressing these two points would make this a truly five-star experience!

The hotel is wonderful and very suitable for individuals and families looking for excellent service, comfort and relaxation while enjoying the swimming pools and the sea... The hotel offers a wonderful experience for guests by providing spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, a wide variety of food and drinks, and fun and varied night parties. In addition to the possibility of access to the largest water park in Hurghada at no additional charge.
A hotel that claims to be environmentally friendly by reducing plastic consumption is supposed to be equipped with electric car charging stations for guests... Unfortunately, this is not available for guests with electric cars... which is a major and fundamental flaw.

I liked the aqua park and the hotel’s cleanliness, but the towels were very old and overused.
The hotel is nice but honestly not the best for Egyptians. The style is more for foreigners, and I felt the difference in treatment – foreigners get better service. The entertainment team wasn’t great, and the food wasn’t the best either. With a bit more care, it could be a much better experience.

Location is great the best in all Hurghada, room was nice and its facilities was ok, pool activities was nice too and the animation team was doing there best, staff at El nakhel restaurant was so nice and very welcoming and helpful specially Ahmed also the staff of the pool bar was so friendly and helpful. The Aquapark and the sea was great.
Room furniture was old and the room itself needs a lot of maintenance, housekeeping was ok however the room was not clean as expected, food varieties was very poor! Same food every day no special dish for every day and the staff at the sunflower restaurant was not helpful at all and also we have to stand in a waiting line to find a table even after I complained about it and Mr Ashraf "thanks to him" tried to fix the problem nothing changed, one other thing if you want a place at the activity pool you need be there before 7 am to reserve a spot with your stuff otherwise you will enjoy sun burning all the day because as they said the hotel is over booked!

We loved the very well-mannered staff who did everything to make sure we were comfortable all the time. Our suite was exceptionally large, which was something we appreciated greatly. We never once felt like it was crammed at all. Overall, it truly exceeded our expectations. Not to mention, the food at the buffets offered there was absolutely delicious. There is truly something for everyone. Additionally, we give great thanks to Mr. Mina Magdy, who went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.
