The food is very good
The staff were very rude to us cos we are Egyptians; they were unprofessional and untrained, fir example when I asked for a coffee; a waiter started ti say what is coffee? We made a complaint and Mr Hassanin the staff manager was very professional in responding, and supported us during our stay; but in general the staff doesn't smile and they are rude. Also, the rooms are old and needs maintenance. During the last day of our stay the hotel was super crowded we couldn't get plates to dine. The staff at the pool, beach and restaurant are very rude and unpleasant and we wont go again because they made our stay uncomfortable

The only good thing about the hotel was the landscape, the nice sandy beach for swimming and buffet food
-The staff is not professional at all with guest dealing, very rude and not friendly except with forigners who tip them.
-The animation team also are not good and always frowning. They r very poor with their activities compared to other hotels we went to before like sunrise. They r the best in the animation and staff honestly.
-The water tastes very bad because its tap filtered and u have no options to buy bottled ones except from supermarket outside.
-rooms were not very clean when we arrived, the bed sheets were smelly and seemed to be used.
- the r no variaty of snacks on the beach and pool, every day the same food
-no activities for kids in the kids club or any fun games

We stayed at Jaz Makadi Oasis recently after having visited back in 2019. Our first experience in 2019 was exceptional—we gave it a 9 out of 10—however in this trip things got changed.
The staff were still wonderful—polite, respectful, and always helpful. The location is still convenient, with only a short walk to the beach, and overall the team’s hospitality remains a highlight of the hotel
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the lobby and dining areas was very weak, making meals and evenings uncomfortable during the heat wave. Drinks were often warm or without ice, especially at the beach bar, and the food variety/ quality had noticeably dropped compared to our previous stay.

The aqua park was nice, the pool.
The transportation to the aqua park was awful, the food was not the best, quality and variety, staff friendliness was not the best, pools were not very clean, rooms are very outdated.

Room service staff was amazing, cooperative and friendly, reception staff was horrible, waisted my first day on 5 hours check in process because a mistake from their end . Very impolite employees, after all of this time waisted on check in all what we got is we” are very sorry”

Assistant general manager was very helpful when I got a flat tire he made me use his own air compressor for my car.
Also Abd elhafiz was very pleasant and nice guy
In the other side the chefs are very friendly and welcoming.

Sam or sameh wasn’t a pleasant server he is mean with attitude and very racist specifically with Egyptian.??
