Very very very bad we booked beach view they throw us on back side hotel where we have to travel 10 mins with stairs no tea coffee or even water from entrance to our room each time it was a nightmare not even in down town pay after confirming the room please

Its was not worth it please i request all the people check and confirm the room before you pay the money never ever pay in advance it shows you something else and when you go you have to travell all the way to another area 800meter with no escalator to go to your room no coffee no water no tea we booked beach view and paid but when we went they gave us room opposite direction where it took 10 mins to go to room you have to pass many things many stairs and no hot water full of mosquitos service 0 the only thing was good breakfast nothing else will prefer 3 star than this

Stuff attitude special waiters. Breakfast was bad. Quality of food isn't 5 stars at all... The door between outdoor and the restaurant was broken... Sure it isn't 2 stars hotel

Location was good nearby the walk. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Suites were far in walk from hotel facilities, and also smell of the sewerage system was dominant at the suites area. The Suites maintenance is fair, but could be better.

Service, food, facilities, price, massage and gym - everything was very good
The Wi-Fi is not good, and my apartment had no Wi-Fi. Taxi service by the hotel is terrible - very slow and vert expensive (and asking tips before providing the service), my taxi driver had no clue where to go and he checked the route with my Google Maps :)
