I absolutely loveeeee SULTAN BAY. This is my second time staying there during NYE, and I will definitely be coming back again. The breakfast included was phenomenal, a lot of yummy options, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable , the staff is WONDERFUL, and the viewwwwwwwwwwww!!!! THE VIEW OF THE LAGOON IS EVERTHING. 10/10 recommend.

Our stay was a great experience with great services. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth making us feel sincerely welcomed. The front desk was helpful specially Mr. Andrew Khalil who was very patient to find us a room suitable for us. The attention of every team member (the restaurant, front desk, house keeping, pool area, security, etc.) to ensure our comfort everywhere left a lasting impression. The service was perfect, the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. Also, offering a shuttle boat to the Zeytouna Island every hour was also exceptional.
No USB ports and universal sockets in the room and there are no electrical sockets near to the beds.

Very cosy and lovely place with great value for money. Good food, small but nice pool. Friendly staff. Very good location with walking distance from Gouna downtown. A very lovely place.

imum, the stuff are friendly and so helpful and service is great ,also cleanliness is great. the restaurant like to change the place between pool and sea view or garden view . which amazing idea for me this changes the mood . thanks for everything and thanks for making my days better. I will come again and again every year.
