Location is nice, hotel is spacious, some of the staff super friendly
As a 5 star hotel, i was expecting at least slippers in the room (after asking the housekeeper he gladly bring them for us) but at the check out when i mentioned it i was told its only for vip clients. Another thing is no amenities in the bathroom (again as a 5 star hotel i was expecting for example shower cap, q-tips etc., only bar of soap was available). In the minibar was nothing, you only get bottled water.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Upon check-in, they charged me a $100 deposit. At check-out, they told me their POS machines were not working and promised to refund the deposit within 15 days. It has now been 21 days, and I still have not received my money back. They took my bank details, but they are not replying to my messages anymore. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Guests should not have to chase the hotel for their own money.

Every single thing. Absolutely clean (room, main facilities, beach, swimming pool etc), excellent staffs (smiling, attentive, helpful), grand variety of food. Staying in Hilton was a perfect experience in Egypt. Worth every penny. I will definitely go back.

Dear Team,
I would like to formally share my experience during our recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet acceptable service or hygiene standards.
From the outset, the overall service was lacking, and the hotel team did not demonstrate sufficient care in handling our concerns. The hygiene of the room was below expectations, particularly in the washroom, where the flushing system was not functioning properly.
Additionally, despite having paid for a specific room category beach view upon arrival, the receptionist allocated us a different and lower room category without prior clarification. No apology or corrective action was offered at the time.
The breakfast experience was also unsatisfactory. It was poorly organized, overcrowded, and lacked proper management. The buffet raised serious hygiene concerns:
- Food was left uncovered.
- The same serving spoons were used across different food items, which is not hygienic and poses health risks.
- Overall cleanliness and supervision at the food and beverage area were inadequate, despite the presence of a manager.
Furthermore, our room was located at the far end of the corridor, adjacent to the room service exit. From as early as 6:00–7:00 a.m., staff were loudly shouting and creating noise, with no consideration for guests who were sleeping. This continued despite us repeatedly raising complaints, with no improvement or follow-up action taken.
Given the above, I would like to formally request a proper adjustment to the amount charged, considering the multiple service and hygiene shortcomings experienced during our stay. We are not requesting any additional benefits beyond what is standard, including a normal checkout at 8:00, but we do expect fair compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort faced.
I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and look forward to your response and resolution at the earliest.

Excellent resort with all possible facilities inside. There are about 3-4 pools, one for the kids, one only for adults and one general pool which was heated. Great place to lounge by the sea. Economical food / drink options at restaurants and bar inside the resort if not going full board. Great staff - super friendly and helpful.
We also took the Spa services - good massage.
Nothing really. There is not much to do outside the resort - like no cafes / restaurants.
We went to downtown also, but that's not recommended as nothing there.

I book a deluxe room with view of the sea (which also gives to the main swimming pool). The room was even better than expected!!! Love the animation teams and the fact that they played Afro beat songs. Also got a cake for my birthday from the hotel. Thank you for making my birthday special, Sooo good!!!!
