I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, the facilities were beautifully maintained and provided everything I could possibly need, the food was consistently delicious with an impressive level of variety, and the overall service was outstanding from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, making the entire experience truly memorable and far beyond my expectations. highly recommended ?

A perfect stay for me and my family. The hotel is beautiful, but the real stars are the staff. Thank you so much to everyone, especially Mr. George Kamel, Mr. Abdullah Ali, and Mr. Mohamed Ali for their incredible hospitality also Hossam kamal from housekeeping. They went out of their way to make our vacation special. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Our premium room was well located and in the room you can find all what you need
We had an easy check in which was appreciated
Beach and pools was always kept clean and towels was avilibel at all times
Cascade area had modern pools which are well designed
Rooms was facilited with basic things like safe and iron board and daily free bottles of water
When we had a bit late flight reception was helpfuel and supported us few hours to stay in the room
