Sunrise Aqua Joy was a great resort with so much to offer. The buffet breakfast and dinner were really good. The pools were awesome and so were the snack bars and drinks. The staff was very friendly and willing to help you with what you needed.
It would have been nice to have more beach area and it would have been better if the pool, beach and facilities did not close at 5 pm.

The resort is impeccably maintained, the food is excellent, and the aqua park is outstanding, offering great entertainment for children. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Mr. Mahmoud, who made us feel very welcome, arranged upgraded rooms for us, and was available throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the staff across the resort are professional and courteous, and the level of service is exceptional. Highly recommended, and we will certainly return.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, we were given a room in the back of the building, facing a wall. The view was awful, and the room smelled very bad. We immediately asked to change the room, but were told there was no availability.
This was not made clear on the booking page , so we were surprised and disappointed.
The staff tried to clean the room to remove the smell, but it didn’t help much.
The pool was smaller than expected — for a resort of this size, it should be larger and more pools . The beach was also a big letdown: the marina is directly in front of it, which ruins the view and makes it far less enjoyable.
The price is much higher than what these services justify. For this price, you can find much better hotel, much better beaches, larger pools, and great rooms elsewhere. For that reason, I cannot fully recommend this hotel.

I recently visited Aqua Joy Resort in Hurghada, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The place was beautiful, very clean, and everything was perfectly organized.
I want to give a special thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aal at the reception. He was in contact with us even before our arrival, and his kindness, professionalism, and flexibility were truly outstanding. He made everything so smooth and easy for us — in fact, it was the fastest check-in I’ve ever had, all thanks to him!
Mr. Mahmoud genuinely deserves all the appreciation and recognition for his exceptional service and warm attitude.
I will definitely return and highly recommend Aqua Joy Resort to anyone looking for relaxation, excellent hospitality, and top-notch service!
I want to recommend to the resort to take care more with the aqua games and need a pool that has more deeply

A beautiful room - thanks the receptionist for the early check in and the room with the pool view.
The location is great, a lot of services (diving, snorkelling and so on).
The pool was heated very well - 30 degrees (we compared it with another Hurgada's hotel - 26 degrees), but it was only one pool and it was full like herring in a jar. All people were around this pool - if you like it.
The food was not so amazing as we expected (we compared it with another Hurgada's hotel where we lived one week later).
If you'd like a reef - it's not about this hotel - or just take a boat and go to islands
