The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The food is incredible with so many options and desserts. The pool is nice with water heated to 27 C. The location is ideal, since the Mamsha starts from the end of the hotel. The beach (which is located at JAZ Elite about 2 minutes walk from Iberotel) is also nice. Sea temperature was about 23-25 C.

We had the most wonderful experience at Iberotel Casa Del Mar! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful, cozy, and impeccably clean everything was. We also loved the ease of everything during our stay: from the smooth check-in to the well-organized facilities. And having access to the beach was such a treat, whether we felt like a short walk or hopping on a golf cart, it was always effortless. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Location: The property is perfectly located near Hurghada Airport, with a touristic promenade close by and all essential services easily accessible. Beach: The sandy beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with high-quality restaurants available on-site. Dining: The hotel offers one main restaurant in addition to an Italian restaurant, which requires prior reservation. There are also several beach snack bars providing a good variety of options. Staff: The staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Badry and Mr. Rafiq, from hotel management, for their outstanding hospitality, as well as Ms. cora from Guest Relations for her excellent support. Facilities & Rooms: The hotel facilities and rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Housekeeping services are consistent and reliable. Entertainment: The animation team is outstanding, organizing a wide range of activities throughout the day. Each evening features a different show, either at the hotel itself or at the nearby Jaz Hotel. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, a prime location, and great facilities, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Hurghada.

At first, I was a bit worried because the hotel is close to the city center and looks small. However, once I entered the reception, they welcomed me warmly and even gave me a towel to cool down from the heat. The reception staff, especially Mostafa, Adriana, and Ahmed, ??? were very friendly and cooperative. I must especially thank Mostafa, Adriana, and the security team for truly ensuring guest safety—they didn't allow my son to go to the beach alone, contacted me, and stayed with him until I picked him up. The place is amazing, with stunning atmosphere and decor—you really feel like you’ve traveled outside Egypt. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, as were the rooms, which are relatively small but very comfortable for sleeping. They provide excellent mattresses and high-quality linens and cushions .. were great for a comfort sleep The staff’s hospitality was so warm that we felt at home from the first moment. Special thanks to the professional master chef Taha, ? who cared about every guest and served delicious food, and to Mr. Joseph William ?, the restaurant manager, who truly understands hospitality and is always cheerful and helpful always asking to how comfortable we are , all the main restaurants team were amazing, can't remember their names all but they were friendly and professional with a humble smile.... Also, the bar staff at reception, like Abdo , abannoub .. al of them ..??and Ibrahim at the pool bar, were very polite, and friendly, attentive, and punctual with our tea time even and service. This hotel captured a piece of my heart due to the staff and the management’s attention to every detail. My only issue was that the beach was a bit far, but the golf cart service was available, and we used the beach at Jaz Elite nearby. The cleanliness and elegance are outstanding. The staff were fantastic—always going above and beyond to meet your needs, all with warm smiles and a great attitude. I can’t remember their names, but I want to sincerely thank them for making my stay so pleasant. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a nice selection of TV channels. The food selection was excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, which served delicious dishes in a cozy atmosphere.

Hima from the animation team brought great energy to the experience — and there were so many other team members who went above and beyond. What really stood out was how attentive the management was. It wasn’t uncommon to have someone from the leadership team stop by just to ask if everything was perfect. That level of care is rare, and it shows how much they value their guests. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with great WiFi and a lovely view. The beach is stunning, and the service there is just as thoughtful and attentive. Parking is conveniently close, and the WiFi works seamlessly across the entire property. The restaurant may be cozy, but the quality of the food and freshness of the ingredients are truly exceptional. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and every area—from the beach to the swimming pool—was impeccably clean. The hospitality throughout my stay was truly outstanding. The food was amazing, with a great variety of delicious meals, snacks, and beverages that exceeded my expectations. I’d especially like to thank John at the reception for his warm and professional welcome—it really set the tone for a perfect stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning! The main hotel setting was lovely, the staff went above and beyond to make you welcome. Lots of drinks on offer all the time.
