Simply amazing. I’ve been to Hurghada many times and stayed in several high-end resorts, but Jaz Elite is by far the best experience I’ve had. At first, I was a bit unsure because of its size, but honestly—even at full occupancy—it never felt crowded. Some highlights: the room was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in (I chose the deluxe for extra space—definitely worth it). The food is excellent at the main restaurant; I recommend booking at Oscar for the à la carte experience. And don’t miss the pharaonic entertainment show—it’s honestly the best I’ve seen anywhere in Egypt. What really surprised me is that it’s rated 4 stars, but the service and quality easily beat many 5-star resorts in Hurghada. It really feels more like a European standard in many ways, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The whole place is very accessible too, whether you’re using a wheelchair or have a stroller. Highly recommended.

Plus the staff so friendly and welcoming, especially Ahmed Farid by the front desk he was so welcoming and so helpful and even though our flight was canceled he allowed us to wait for our next flight. The food is amazing. Everyday different varieties of food. They also helped us with organizing our airport taxi. And they give the best cocktails

I had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Elite during my short vacation in Egypt, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At first, I just came to check the place as I usually like to try different hotels. It looked fine and acceptable to me at the beginning, but once I actually checked in, it became a journey of amazement. 1. Reception & Staff: From the very first moment, I was impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the entire team. Everyone was genuinely willing to assist with a smile and incredible courtesy. The comfort and peace of mind I felt here was something I rarely experience, whether in Egypt or abroad. 2. Food Quality: I’m someone who is not easily satisfied when it comes to food, but here I was amazed. Every single day during my 5-night stay, the quality remained outstanding. The dishes were delicious, diverse, and carefully prepared. The level of quality control was remarkable, and the variety was simply perfect. 3. Cleanliness & Nature: The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. The surrounding natural views were both beautiful and relaxing, adding so much charm to the whole stay. 4. Kids’ Club: The kids’ club was beyond amazing. The staff there were truly talented in dealing with children and creating a fun and joyful environment. My daughter was so happy and entertained the whole time. Special Thanks: I want to give special thanks to some incredible people who made our stay unforgettable.
