Wonderful
Fantastic heated pool, great for swimming -- with fresh juices served pool-side in the morning. Mostly friendly staff. Excellent Egyptian food served in the downstairs restaurant. Huge resort with many amenities.
I was upgraded to a large "suite" over looking the sea, which was nice of them, but these larger rooms clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Just needed to be refreshed (dusted etc) before putting someone in that suite. I would have appreciated greater cleanliness but it wasn't bad.
I also was overcharged fees on line, and while promised some money back by the manager when I left that hasn't happened. I was glad after two nights to go to a more tranquil hotel down the Red Sea coast, as this place hosts large noisy groups and also was expensive. I also had a bad experience with one manager at the outdoor buffet, who behaved in a hostile manner to me (although this was not typical of the resort).

The location is great. The properties looks good.
what I don’t like about the property it is old style so when you try to go into your room, you have to use a key. You don’t use a card which is the oldest style.

The easy access to the beach/sea with a very nice heated pool is great. The food was very good all week. We are so glad they allow pets and we could spend the week with our small dog. The staff is always so friendly, from the animation team to the maintenance people to the kitchen staff.
They could do a better job cleaning the rooms. The beds/sheets were clean, which is most important, but they could do a better job cleaning the floors and bathroom. Additionally, our air conditioner wasn’t working well for most of the week.

This hotel has a special place in my heart because it brings back childhood memories.
After more than 20 years, I finally decided to visit it again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel has maintained its character, despite the passing years and the fact that many hotels have disappeared or been renovated.
The staff are amazing. Even with the hotel being very busy and under high pressure, they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
The food is excellent — much better than many five-star hotels with big names.
The rooms are simple and far from modern technology, which made me really happy because it brought back beautiful old memories. There are still people who appreciate simple and peaceful places.
The beach is very sandy and enjoyable, one of the best beaches in Hurghada.
A wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

We enjoy the dive shop people and location.. we did booked diving with Joe and we did had fantastic day on beautiful boat... it was nice that the manager come with Mustafa introduced them sells to our room...
Bed was hard as a rock, we asked front desk to please put extra padding but they didn't... service was not good we shot in the hotel lobby for two hours and every time we need drinks I need to go to the bar... bar server look very mad...
But overall two nights was ok here... no more though but if you like diving this is the best dive shop on the property...

Wonderful
The location of the resort is perfect with beautiful sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is clean, the water is clear, and the sunsets are stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful, always trying to make sure guests are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the daily housekeeping keeps everything tidy. The variety of food was good and there were always fresh options available.
Some areas of the hotel could use renovation as some facilities feel a bit old. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and sometimes in public areas.
