I would like to thank you all very much. I truly enjoyed everything. The hotel is more than wonderful and truly deserves a long stay.
You are absolutely the best in everything, and you genuinely try to make me happy with every detail. From the very first welcoming smile at reception, everything was perfect, and the room was amazing.

This hotel is very confusing as it has gorgeous areas, restaurants and pools and at the same time odd-looking, old-school places.
I liked:
Bella vista was my fav spot
Room was comfortable and modern (deluxe)
New pool - gorgeous and pleasant (even though it was often too cold to swim)
À la carte Restaurants for their design (not necessarily for their food)
Some staff are really nice.
Laguna is beautiful.
Evening shows are nice but way too loud. For kids it was almost dangerous for their ears.
The main restaurant (the only buffet restaurant at the property) is huge, dark, noisy. It doesn’t match at all the rest of the hotel. It doesn’t have terrace. Most of the outside area is smoking and it’s hard to find a table for a family. Food is very repetitive. Very limited fruit selection. Fresh fruit juice were at extra charge.
Some staff at breakfast look too stressed- they run around without a smile on their face and it’s hard to catch their attention. When you ask for coffee - they serve it by spilling every time.
The outside areas of the hotel weren’t very clean - I often found plastic packages , glasses. The beach is full of cigarettes.
Most of the hotel is ok for smokers. Hard to be there when you have kids.
Impossible to get a sunbed at pools. All the nice looking sunbeds were reserved from 7 am. The only place we could get sunbeds around 10 am was far out on the beach.

The hospitality was great. The person was in charge of the main restaurant always check on for reviews and if we need anything. The staff are very polite.
The rooms is somehow out dated, but you didn’t stay in the room much.

The area is spacious. A lot of facilities. The harbour and the beach are perfect. All inclusive hours and variety is wide range.
The breakfast selection is very limited and lacks variety. The SPA hours are unreasonably short. The staff can be intrusive and often slow to understand even simple requests.
The restaurants are constantly fully booked, making it nearly impossible to get a table, even when trying to reserve in advance. Guest relations staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude with bad knowledge of English.
A particularly frustrating issue is that staff routinely assume any Slavic-looking guest is Russian and address them in Russian, regardless of their actual nationality. This reflects a lack of cultural awareness and sensitivity, which is especially inappropriate in the current global context.
There were also several uncomfortable incidents where staff members or locals behaved inappropriately toward foreign women, including those with children.the londry was of poor quality.
The water park is poorly organized, and staff are not helpful when it comes to the shortage and providing of the pool floats. Overall, the experience was disappointing and does not meet expected standards.

This was my first time in Egypt and I had absolutely amazing time. My deluxe room was beautifully decorated in boho style, the resort has a lot of photogenic locations. My favourite was Zaitouna lounge and Bella Vista bar. Del Mar restaurant offers amazing sea view a la carte breakfasts. I was staying with 2 kids, they enjoyed water slides and playing in heated pool. We haven’t tried any a la carte restaurants as we were happy with the main restaurant and kids enjoyed the open buffet. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we will come back again.

Wonderful
The resort was a lot bigger than I expected with so many activities and places to visit. It’s a great place to be when you have a toddler, I liked the special attention to details in the kids open buffet area from the space itself to the food offered.
I would like to give a special thanks to Samar who really made our trip smooth and worked on fixing any issues we faced.
Special thanks to Milad and the chef -who I unfortunately didn’t catch his name- in the open buffet restaurant who supplied my daughter with endless yogurt :)
Really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is, will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Zaitouna Pool / lounge and Bella vista lounge was very cozy and clean had most of the time there
The Palm Restaurant food was more than good and the variety was unique every day with special dishes which was amazing
Del Mar is one of the best sea food restaurant I ever tried
Fattoush restaurant also have very unique style which makes the whole experience cool

Mr Milad was very helpful since day one very supportive and his reception is amazing

Decorations on the suite was very outdated however it was comfy and clean
Fresh juices on All Inclusive was just Tang with water not fresh
Narrow option at restaurants when it comes to All inclusive
most of the options are for Ultra inclusive or extra charge
Bad experience at Le Bistro restaurant.. just had one option without alcohol available on the menu , asked for more than option they said they cannot avail it without alcohol which was disappointing

I loved the interior the hotel is so nice, the facilties are diverse. beach , pool , restaurants all are fascinating I loved everything since day one.
Stuff are more than professional thanks to Arafat for everything since we reach until we left he is so nice so helpful and so supportive ☺️. Thanks for Samar she is amazing she made sure that the check in process was smooth and easy within minutes, I will really miss her beautiful smile? and last thanks a lot to Amr he is so welcoming and made our stay great all of them are perfect team. Hotel is newly renovated, plenty of places for car parking , and many bars options.
Very poor entertainment staff; almost couldn’t see them, kids club only works for 3 hours a day and kids are barely entertained.
Food variety is not good, main restaurant staff are not welcoming except for the kids hall staff.
We clearly mentioned that we are 2 adults and 2 kids in our reservation however they provided a small room that couldn’t accommodate us and we couldn’t sleep well. only after complaining the next day they offered upgrading the room but to a building that is far from everything.

Everything was beautifully done and staff were more than wonderful and welcoming. New look is amazing and so inviting. This our second Christmas back to back in Desert Rose and it better than last year.
I hoped all the fresh juices were included in the price. All inclusive should be that and not to worry for additional fees.
