The staff is so good and they are very active and proactive. Malak from the reception once he knew that we are honeymooners, he did prepare a nice decoration to the room. The check in and out has been very fast. He did above and beyond job. He also made a special dinner for us as a compliment from the hotel. That was so sweet from him and the hotel as well. Also Amro Arfa, one of the housekeeping staff who has been maintaining the room, did a very nice job. He has a welcoming and smiley face that make us very comfortable.
The heated pool is not heated that well. Also the entertainment team, needs to have more organized schedule and the guests need to know about it in advance.
There might be something wrong with the WIFI system, which the hotel tried so much to fix it, but it didn’t work.

Every thing was Ok , However the lunch and dinner meal were repeated and not variety in addition the quality also. To be honest Sweet home department is excellent from all aspects test, quality and variety.
No more comments over aforementioned notes above .

The hotel is very nice and continuously being renovated. The staff is friendly and M. Elhoussainy at the reception was very supportive
L’ asiatique restaurant had previously a better location and was constructed in an asian style which was really nice

The hospitality was amazing especially the reception staff Malak and Mahmoud, the room was spacious, the facilities are great it work for every family member, the food was very good.

We had the best time at this resort! The whole place is super clean – rooms, pools, and all areas were spotless. The staff were always smiling and helpful, offering amazing service even before we asked.
We were a big group of 16- adults and kids – and everyone had a great time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from relaxing spots to fun activities for the kids.
A big shoutout to Malak, who was incredibly supportive and kind throughout our stay. He really made everything easier and more enjoyable for us.
Highly recommend this place – can’t wait to come back!

The staff was amazing starting from the reception Micheal Magdy, el sayed mohamed , mostafa al kassem. They were so helpful and made everything smooth from check-in till check out. I was with 2 kids and they gave us a good accessible room. The beach was so nice and sandy for the kids they enjoyed it plus a snorkeling area. Many pools with good size and the aqua park was nice for the kids. It’s a kids friendly hotel that I recommend. Also for the food there were 6 restaurants so you don’t feel the crowd with big variety of food . The room service with Ahmed with available all the time and nice. Super stay

We stayed at Pickalbatros Dana Beach in room 6503 from October 13th, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, and the services were excellent.
The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful.
A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Al Aryan for his warm hospitality and great care during our stay — he really made our vacation even better.
We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back again soon! ❤️
