Our stay at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort - Aqua Park was absolutely WONDERFUL — I honestly don’t even know where to begin!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Malak went above and beyond to accommodate our room requests in a way that worked perfectly for our family with two kids.
Traveling with children in such an exciting resort usually means extremely messy rooms, but Ramadan from the housekeeping team was unbelievable. He stayed on top of everything almost hourly, and I was SO impressed by his attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness.
The beach was incredible — super clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy between the lounge chairs. The beach bar service was next level. Mohammed somehow managed to be everywhere at once without ever being overbearing. Anything we needed was there within seconds!
The food was consistently delicious and available at all times throughout the day. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite restaurant because every dining experience was great.
The evening entertainment and parties were so much fun, and the mini golf course, basketball court, and football field gave us plenty of fun family activities every single day.
I would highly recommend this resort to families — our kids had an absolute blast!
A huge thank you to all of the amazing staff who made our stay as wonderful and memorable as it was.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was amazing. The food was delicious with many varieties, and the aqua park and pools were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.
The only negative thing was that there were some local young men walking around the hotel with loud speakers playing music at a very high volume, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. They also tried to disturb us, and I reported this to the hotel management. I hope the hotel can maintain a more family-friendly environment and improve control over this issue in the future.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was spotless, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation.
The food was also excellent – fresh, varied, and very tasty, with plenty of options for every taste.
The only small downside was that our child stepped on a spiky seashell, so it’s important to be careful and we would definitely recommend wearing water shoes, especially for children.
We would also like to give special thanks to the local staff – the first aid was provided very quickly and professionally, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would be happy to return in the future!

We loved everything about this place. The staff was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the food was great. We spent a lot of time at the pools and the beach and just loved this place. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hurghada.

The staff were very helpful, and lots of dinning options.
When we mentioned the issue regarding the heated pool they offered compensation in the form of late check out which we declined but they offered and insisted on giving us packed lunch for the trip back which was a nice gesture.
The only heated pool was out of order for two of the three nights we stayed.
There used to be more available time slots for dinning e.g. early and late lunch which are now canceled in addition to the a la carte option which you used to get once per stay which is also canceled.

The staff is so good and they are very active and proactive. Malak from the reception once he knew that we are honeymooners, he did prepare a nice decoration to the room. The check in and out has been very fast. He did above and beyond job. He also made a special dinner for us as a compliment from the hotel. That was so sweet from him and the hotel as well. Also Amro Arfa, one of the housekeeping staff who has been maintaining the room, did a very nice job. He has a welcoming and smiley face that make us very comfortable.
The heated pool is not heated that well. Also the entertainment team, needs to have more organized schedule and the guests need to know about it in advance.
There might be something wrong with the WIFI system, which the hotel tried so much to fix it, but it didn’t work.

Every thing was Ok , However the lunch and dinner meal were repeated and not variety in addition the quality also. To be honest Sweet home department is excellent from all aspects test, quality and variety.

L’ asiatique restaurant had previously a better location and was constructed in an asian style which was really nice

The hospitality was amazing especially the reception staff Malak and Mahmoud, the room was spacious, the facilities are great it work for every family member, the food was very good.
