The property is a great place to stay. Mohamed Abdelghany helped me out during the stay he was following up with me everyday so actually i did not know the reception number on the phone as Mohamed was here all the time. I had a great anniversary vacation and I would love to stay here again. Staff, facilities, room ,beeches all was great 10/10

This is our second time staying at Pickalbatros Citadel, and once again it never failed to make us happy. The atmosphere, the staff, and the overall experience are truly wonderful. The hotel was absolutely amazing The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and professional I really loved how much attention they pay to cleanliness and details. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the hotel because everything you could need is already there. The view was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back again♥️♥️

The view is amazing , the hospitality from Mr Mohamed Maghraby from the reception and the waiter Fares from Alfredo restaurant . The pastries were very fresh and the food was good
