Great location close to the airport, nice beachfront property and spacious rooms. The heated pools were a big plus and great for the kids.
I've never before seen such an array of food that had so little taste. Endless pastries and desserts which look amazing yet have barely any flavor. The overall food quality was the major downside here. It was fine, wasn't terrible, and some dishes were great in some of the restaurants but the overall quality and variety could be improved.

Excellent service by the staff, and clean facilities across the whole resort. The beach was wonderful and so was the aqua park.
Too many agents on the beach trying to sell packages. All packages are the same, but different prices. The taxi service in the lobby is incredibly expensive (a trip that is 100-150 EGP with an Uber is 750 EGP with the service there). The rooms were too hot and AC units seemed old (very noisy and made clunky noises).

Upon arrival, we encountered some booking inconveniences that caused significant stress; however, the professional and genuinely wonderful reception team, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mahmoud, along with the outstanding management of Mr. Michael Eissa, transformed our stay into an exceptional one. The hotel offers high‑standard services, exquisite food and beverage options that were consistently flavorful and beautifully presented. The beach was awesome, perfectly maintained, along with the lively vibes of the animation team, making it an ideal place for a joyful vacation. Overall, the warm hospitality, excellent service, and stunning beachfront atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We cannot wait to return!

The reception manager Hamada was exceptional, he was very helpful and caring. He followed up with us to make sure everything is good until we checked out, very appreciated ?
I had a glass boat tour appointment with Mohamed Omer for 3 to 4 hours but he cancelled the tour just about 30 minutes before and this was very unprofessional because the whole family was ready dressed up for swimming and snorkeling and to have fun by the beach as we planned with him to go. Very bad experience with Mohamed Omer the person who booked the tour appointment and he was following up with us. He should be hold accountable.

I stayed at Beach Albatros Hurghada for 4 days and honestly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming.
The staff truly make the difference — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would like to give a special thank you to Peter at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
The food was great with a good variety, the beach and pools are beautiful, and the aqua park was amazing for the kids, keeping them entertained and happy throughout our stay.
Thank you to the whole Beach Albatros team for a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding.
Although it was one of the busiest times of the year the staff made sure that our stay is as comfortable, enjoyable and memorable as possible.
We had a great time in the water parks and on the beach and felt very safe in the presence of the dedicated lifeguards
The cleanliness of the entire hotel and guest rooms were outstanding.
The restaurants were a whole other experience with a great variety of cuisines and delicious food, especially the freshly baked pizza and bread at Sidi Ali restaurant and the sea food at Culina restaurant.
A special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Eid at the front desk for his dedication and professionalism.
