Everything was perfect, u get what u paid for, excellent quality, the staff were super nice, the food was delicious, the animation team are always working so hard to entertain adults and kids, and if you are athletic, this is ur must go hotel. Pickalbatros is the best in Hurghada, once u stay there, u can never stay anywhere else. Pickalbatrosian for life. We had so much fun and my kids never wanna leave, it's a very child friendly hotel. Safe and enjoyable. No words are enough really. It's great.
Absolutely nothing, I only don't like it when I have to leave this spectacular resort.

Cleaning service is good. Kids club is also very nice (it works 10-12:30 and 15:00-16:00). Food in the Tagine restaurant is overall of a good quality. The gym is of decent quality and equipment.
We stayed in 3 different Pickalbatros resorts and Aqua Vista is the worst. First of all, I booked this hotel, because it is supported by Apollo / Playitas. It turned out that the trainings can only be attended by those, who booked the tour via Apollo. I do not know, why Hyrox / CrossFit facility cannot be used for an extra charge.
Every time, when I needed something from the reception, I had to wait. When we arrived with my daughter, they requested to show my flight tickets, because apparently I booked the room with a special discount given only for Switzerland. Another time they could not change 100$. When I booked a taxi, I had to wait for a change. When we were leaving, the taxi was delayed, even though booked 2 days in advance.
I think half of the people in the hotel are smoking. I would consider it a kids friendly hotel. On the other hand, how can it be kids friendly, if people can smoke in most of the places on the territory of the hotel. It would be nice to have at least two playgrounds for children on the combined territory of 3 hotels.
There is no beach access. If you would like to spend some time close to the sea, you have to take a shuttle bus (runs every 15-20min).
Twice I had to wait for a chef, who cooks pasts, when my daughter was hungry. A random person from the kitchen came and made me pasta I did not order. When I asked to make the one I asked, they started to laugh about something. When I asked to call a manager, some guy said he is a manager.
For some reason some of the pools are closed for lunch break and some are not.

Huge hotel with alot of Facilities ! Perfect food !! very clean rooms and nice staff !
the only drawback is the beach ! long distance where the shuttle bus is the ideal solution , there is not enough space for the residents of the second line hotels(you can't sit anywhere on the beach, only specific places), also bad service for the open bar on the beach !

Firstly, it was really easy to reach the resort. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. There was a tiny problem with our booking and we had to call customer service. They installed our bracelets and urged us to go and have lunch first, then call customer service. That was really kind of them. The front desk and reservation team manager were above and beyond. They managed to solve our problem, and we checked in. The room was on the second floor as per request. It was overlooking the pool area. It was spacious,quiet, and clean. They placed two twin beds in addition to a king bed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were enough bedding and pillows for everyone in the room. The balcony was spacious too with a place to hang your swimwear to dry. The view from the balcony was great .
All inclusive means lots of food but they need to instill more variety. Also, dessert needs an upgrade. Pastries were amazing. And there is a freshly baked traditional Egyptian pita bread station by day and a pizza station by night. There is also freshly baked traditional (feteer). It was delicious!There is an awesome (fool&falafel)station at breakfast, which I couldn't resist. Fresh juice and honey would have been so much better. Pools are really clean and spacious, and the Aqua Park was amazing.
Booking policies need to be flexible, especially with families with small children. Fresh juices and honey would have been so much better. Desserts need a serious upgrade.

The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Ali Maher, who was very friendly and always checked on us to see if we needed anything.
The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Ashraf, was very helpful and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the pool.
A big thank you to the pool staff who let us use free floaters for our toddler for two days for safety that was so thoughtful!
The food was above average. We loved having options since the hotel connects to two others, giving us three restaurants to choose from. Make sure to try the Italian and fish specialty restaurants ( book dinner in advance).
The beach is great for relaxing but not for snorkeling, and it’s just a quick 5 minute shuttle ride away.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed! From entering through the reception to the end, it was top quality. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and service is great. Everywhere is pristine clean. I really cannot understand how they manage to keep the quality that high in a such a big hotel. Food is very delicious and varied even though it is an open buffet. Everything you need is inside the hotel. I want to thank our receptionist Aly Maher who greeted us and also kept checking if everything is going ok throughout our stay. He took care of our special requests with patience and made our stay even better. Also I want to mention Mohamed Mohamed who is a waiter in Taigine restaurant. He is doing his job with great excellence and also always keeps smiling while doing so.
