Pros:
* The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abdelrahman Zakaria, who kindly offered us a room upgrade to make our stay more comfortable since we were traveling with a toddler.
* Excellent service from the room service staff, especially Sherif, who did a great job throughout our stay.
* The hotel offers a wide range of facilities — multiple swimming pools, a fun aquapark during the day, and VR and midway games in the evening — so there’s always something to do.
* A very family-friendly environment. We had a great time with our toddler, though it’s even more enjoyable for kids aged 3 and above.
* The food overall was really good and enjoyable. Thanks to the chefs.
* Breakfast could use more variety, as it was quite repetitive every day.
* Be cautious when shopping from the stores inside the hotel, especially the one near the ship game on the midway street — prices are extremely high and feel like a scam.
* No direct beach access — guests need to take a shuttle bus to a sister hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the beach there, as there are much better beach options in Hurghada.

Unlike reception, Staff at the restaurants is not motivated, not doing the extra mile. You can feel it.
The quality of the mattress and the pillows is average...this can be improved

One of the fatal flaws of this place is that the reception never responds to us at all
Also, having to carry the towel myself from the hotel all the way to the beach is really inconvenient.”

Water park is very big, many other entertainment facilities at night (shows, big amusement park, VR Hub…etc.) beach is not far and buses come regularly.
You can’t get bored there at all!
Food is good, many of restaurants and snacks at waterpark and other places of the hotels.
Cleaning is regular.
Nothing is bad.

It was a great place for family fun, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Delicious food, very polite, friendly and welcoming staff. The aqua park was so much fun and the entertainment team were very nice adding extra fun :)
I liked every part of the hotel.. maybe a little care of the bed sheets would be great
