We experienced a very long and unresolved check-in due to a voucher issue that staff and management would not help resolve, even though the reservation was paid in full. Our family waited over three hours with young children and elderly relatives, with no assistance or hospitality offered. Poor communication, key errors, smelly room and lack of guest care made this stay unacceptable.
We had stayed at another nearby resort the previous week with the exact same situation, which was resolved in minutes. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, guest care, and effective problem-solving. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort.

Great location, amenities, and services. Everyone aims to serve with a smile. The hotel is very modern, spacious rooms, and has vibrant atmosphere for families.
Smoking! If you are a non smoker there’s no haven for you. Tiny strip at restaurant or lobby but still you will have hard time escaping even on your balcony.

Great location, amenities, and services. Everyone aims to serve with a smile. The beach is sandy with a grass area. The beach is also shallow best for young kids. The hotel is very modern, spacious rooms, and has vibrant atmosphere for families. Food choices are abundant and delicious. Swimming pools are endless and have varieties for all ages.
The beach umbrellas could have been placed staggered in each row so that each row has some view of the water.

Disappointing
Overall space of the resort isn’t huge, so everything is near each other restaurants, pools, rooms and reception. You will not have to do effort and walk a lot especially during hot days.
The elevators is not working well, 2 different elevators stopped working when I was in and we remain for 10 min stuck inside, I informed the receptionists and it was like a normal and expected thing to happen although it was horrible to us especially that my children were with me inside.

The staff is amazing, make you feel so welcomed. I had a baby with me and was so worried about how clean everything would be. It was exceptional. The beach was perfect and the pool was super clean. The receptionist people were so nice from the moment we came in, we felt like this was going to be a great vacation and it really was!

The place is spacious and had everything I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to leave. The food was amazing and the area felt very safe for children.
The spa prices were too high, and the kids’ area could use more activities to keep children entertained.

The aqua play ground for the kids
Food could be a bit better. Some of the food were salty and some had no salt at all. However, the Asian cuisine was a lot better than the Italian and middle eastern cuisines
